Opened box and thought a part was missing because a good seal between trim plate and shower wall cannot be made as it comes. They are relying on a tiny piece of foam half glued on the back of the trim plate to seal out water running down the shower wall similar seals are made in other trim plates, but how this one is situated I have zero confidence in it.

So I love this shower head and handle for my new tile shower but I want a hand held part to it too. I’ve looked at the duel combo ones and don’t really like them. Any way I can get a handheld to go with it?

We just installed the monitor 14 shower valve. When turning the handle left from the  “C” or Cold position, the handle stops at the “12” o’clock position and will not turn all the way to the “H” or Hot  position. What is wrong with the installation?

Are there longer screws available for this trim kit? I am upgrading my shower trim with the delta T14267-bl-pp and the screws that came with it to attach the escutcheon are not long enough.

How do you adjust the temperature hotter on a  T14467 shower

Under that you will find the top of the cartridge assembly, there will be gear shaped piece that is spring loaded and can be pulled forward and adjusted left for hotter and right for colder. There are a couple of ways you can do this and it depends on what you are wanting to do. One way is using the shower arm diverter. You will only need the shower arm diverter, hand shower with hose, and possibly a mount that is connected to your shower wall. Please refer to the examples below. T14267-PP-SS: Does one pull out the handle or lever it out to start water flow? What do I need to pair Delta #51361-SS to this unit?

Hi Northern Remodeler, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T14267-SS-PP. Start the water by turning the handle counterclockwise. The farther it is turned, the hotter the water. A diverter valve R11000 can be used to connect both the hand shower wall elbow and the showerhead. A 3-function diverter trim has two individual settings and a shared setting. Unfortunately, we don't currently carry a diverter trim in the Modern collection, but we have a selection of diverter trims to complement any style. How do I take the handle off to get my temperature up? Ii see a round spot under the ha flr where there should be a screw but it looks like a stopper please help.

Hi Mrs. Brown, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To adjust your 1400 series temperature for hotter water, please follow the instructions below. You shouldn't need to shut your water off but keep in mind it is still possible for the water to turn on if the stem is rotated. Please gather a 1/8" allen wrench for a lever handle and a Philips screwdriver for a knob handle. 1. Remove your handle with your 1/8" allen wrench. The set screw should be under the lever of the handle. If you have a knob, please remove the cap on the tip of the handle. You will need a Philips head screwdriver to remove the screw. 2. Pull the sleeve assembly off of the valve. This is the cylindrical part behind your handle that hides the valve body. 3. You will see a brass stem and a plastic white piece on the tip of the cartridge. The white piece has notches on it to grip it easier. 4. Please pull the white piece towards you and rotate counter-clockwise for hotter water. *Please note there is a limit to how far this will rotate, if you rotate to the hottest setting it will be the same temperature as your water heater. This is not recommended as it can cause scalding. Please also note that each notch you rotate to can range anywhere between 4 and 16 degrees Fahrenheit.* Now you are able to install your sleeve and your handle onto your valve. Turn your water on and see if this is your desired temperature. If it is, tighten the set screw or the screw and the temperature adjustment on the cartridge is done! We appreciate your inquiry. How can the scoreless escutcheon be removed?
