Plumber or good skills required. The back wall had to be removed for access to the shower valve. Having said that, the color is solid. The finish won't scratch easily. The unit functions flawlessly. The valve has a good amount of friction and feels solid.

It's crazy that such a seemingly small thing can have such a big effect on the overall look of the bathroom, but installing this set immediately brought a whole new "spirit" to the space: It's up-to-date without being overly modern, and I am confident that the sleek look won't go out of style any time soon. More than that, the set works great: The shower head provides a comfortable stream, while the handle seems durable and solid. I couldn't be happier with this set!

It doesn't use more water but the amount that comes out is like a wave pattern. It was easy to install. We installed it in our master bath. The matte black matches the other fixtures. The single handle makes it easy to adjust the water temperature. It is great quality. I would recommend this product.

The material is sleek and sturdy and beautiful in our bathroom! I have hard water, but in the few months I have used this there has been no build up or corrosion. Install was a breeze and I can’t wait to outfit the rest of our showers! I would definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Matte Black fixtures are hot right now. To be fair, I haven't installed this yet, but I have the valve and the shower control and shower head. Everything I need, and I have installed Delta shower heads before with ease so I'm not worried about the installation of this product. The trick is making sure you have the correct valve! What I do love about this shower head is the cool square head, and the matte black finish. This will be going in a kid's bathroom shower, and I think it's youthful and different than a "basic" style. As usual with Delta faucets, this shower handle feels sturdy and the head has a nice weight to it. Not flimsy. I do recommend Delta products to my clients often because the style options, color choices and price points are great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great product from Delta The Delta T14267-BL shower trim was somewhat easy to install once I figured out how all the pieces fit together. The instructions have pictures of things you “may need” in order to install the Delta T14267-BL shower trim and I was a bit intimidated by the picture of the blow torch and solder until I realized that I didn’t need those two items. If you have copper plumbing, you may need them. The water pressure from the square shower head is slightly less than I was expecting, but it’s still powerful enough for an enjoyable shower. I love the matte black finish of the Delta T14267-BL shower trim and think it adds a lot of my personal aesthetic to my bathroom and it goes great with the other features in the room. I’d 100% recommend this to family and friends.

The water sprays out in a way that got water in our eyes too frequently. Delta makes a similar square black head with multiple spray functions that was much better for our family that matched the trim handle.

The homeowner just loved it and we were pleasantly surprised with this finish. I would think we will be using this faucet again for future jobs. what material is this collection? is there a difference in material between the black and the crome?

Can this be specified for an outdoor shower?

Is there a certain Delta valve needed if I want the the trim kit that has the temperature control and volume control on two separate handles?

Hi, Damian! Thank you for your question. The Delta Monitor T14267-BL Shower Trim Kit uses MultiChoice Universal R10000 Rough Valve Body. Unfortunately, we no longer make trim kits with separate volume and temperature control handles. However, our dual pressure balanced Monitor T17267-BL Shower Trim Kit will have volume and temperature control on one control will also use the MultiChoice Universal R10000 Rough Valve Body. What is depth of valve trim! From wall extending out.

Pressure Balance Valve

The ARA- T14267 model doesn't allow for enough hot water to flow through the fixture. Is there a way to remove the pressure balance valve to create a free flow of hot water???

What are the required parts such as rough-in to make this system work properly?

Hi Khoudia, Thank you for your question. The T14267 shower trim needs our R10000 multichoice universal rough to make a complete faucet. For a shower only application you can use the model R10000-UNBXHF, or the R10000-UNWSHF. The R10000-UNSWHF includes screwdriver stops that allow you to shut the water off at the faucet instead of turning off the water to the whole house if you need to repair or do maintenance on the faucet. can the multi choice valve be used for a wand instead of tub

I have a shower (no tub) if I use your mulit choice valve, can I use it for a shower head and a wand on a bar instead of the tub fill.

I have T14267 ARA shower Trim

Doe this model require spacer to be inserted in the sleeve. What is the purpose of the spacer. Also the valve is situated deeper behind the wall, i am unable to screw in the bracket on to the valve. Screw provided is short. Any suggestions on how to install the escutcheon. how many far is the cartridge suppose to be sticking out from the tub surround wall.

Hi, Mike! Thank you for your question. The spacer inside of the sleeve helps to keep the sleeve snug on valve body. Distance from the stringer to the front of the plasterguard is 2 3/4&quot; &plusmn; 1/4&quot; (70 mm &plusmn; 6 mm). Note: This is the same distance to the finished wall. Distance from the stringer to the frontof the bonnet is 3 7/8. Best Regards, Rosanna
