I like the pressure in which the water runs, it’s very practical and comfortable compared to other brands I’ve used before. I like that my bathroom looks so nice and sophisticated. Would highly recommend it. I love that this has such a long lasting quality over time. Invest well and you’ll only invest once.

I really thought it was going to be difficult but to my surprise it was a breeze.I love the flow of the water coming out of the shower head and I can stand under it and wash my hair which is a plus for me. You can adjust the shower how you want the water to come out. It will modernize any bathroom.

It is a shower set that looks very elegant and modern and the black color matches any decoration in the bathroom. The shower head has a wide margin for the water to flow out and it is very comforting because the square design makes the water flow out perfectly and it is very easy to clean. I love it.

I have an old unit that shows the 1400 series. I am not sure if all “14 series” products are fit.

Hi Evelyn, Thank you for your question. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help! The MulitChoice RP46074 cartridge included in a 14 series trim would not fit a pre-MultiChoice 1400 series valve. But, the rest of the new trim will fit the older valve and pre-MultiChoice RP19804 cartridge. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Two questions - 1) Does the shower head rotate/adjust (up, down, left, right) to change the water angle? 2) Does the shower handle push/pull in and out to allow for changing the water pressure, or does it only turn left/right to change the temperature?

I have an existing Series 14 Multichoice tub spout, shower head and valve that is chrome finish and 10 years old and I'd like to replace it with this matte black model. Is this trim kit compatible with my existing Series 14 Multichoice valve?

How do I remove the screw kit from model  T14267-BLLHD-PP . There is a screw cap I can’t remove!

We just had this happen and could not remove the set screw button with anything-we tried fingernail, toothpick, tip of razor blade, nothing would get it out. We finally had to screw a hole into it to pop it out. Now we need a new one-what would be the part number for that-matte black finish

I need help with figuring out how the handle is to stay on the hot/cold panel? I think there may be a part missing? When the handle is put on there is a huge gap and the handle does not stay on.

Is there a shower arm that is longer and will allow the shower head to point vertically down for a rainfall effect?

We manufacture different shower arms for different installations. The Delta faucet T14467-BL-PP includes a standard shower arm, however, the RP46870 will work in a standard installation. How do I get the handle off to adjust the water heater temperature? What size Allen wrench do I need? It seems like a very difficult task to be able to adjust the inner water temp setting. I was able to get the button off and then wasn’t sure what to do.
