Con manijas separadas para controlar el volumen y la temperatura, esta bañera/ducha de Delta brinda una experiencia de ducha más refinada. Simplemente configure el agua a su temperatura preferida y abra o cierre la ducha con la manija de control de volumen, sin interrumpir la temperatura establecida. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not impressed with the value of this trim As others noted: a plastic temperature control knob? At this price point? There's not even a set screw, it just snaps on. Time will tell if this faucet will last, but construction versus similar Hansgrohe is night and day. I would not buy this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap plastic temp handle! This product is superior in design and would have been a five star rating...except for the temperature handle. The handle is cheap plastic that snaps on and wobbles around due to a loose fitting design. I replaced the temperature handle with the RP62959SS which is metal and is secured with a screw for a nice tight fit. Shame on Delta for making such a poor design decision. Delayed my project and cost me more.

Is it recommended to caulk around the T17T067 trim escutcheon plate?

The trim is snug against tile and has some kind of foam gasket inside. However, it seems inevitable that water will travel behind the trim and, possibly, into the wall. Is caulk required? Recommended?

Hi Steve, Thank you for your question. The escutcheon in the model T17T067 will seal with the foam gasket. You can seal with an additional bead of caulk if you desire, but it is not required. Thanks, Dave

My T17T067 turned all the way to hot is only warm

In my new build home, the shower valve when set to maximum hot only allows warm water. nearby faucets and other showers produce very hot water so its not a water temperature issue. Is this a something to do with the temperature feature of this shower valve? How do I correct?

Is hot water to the left or right?

My plumber just installed this valve trim. It seems that the hot water is to the right and the cold to the left. This is different than all my other delta faucets. Did he install it the wrong way?

Hi NY homeowner, Thank you for your question! The hot side is normally on the left. Rotating the temperature dial counter-clockwise should increase the temperature. In a reverse or back-to-back installation, you can install the cartridge upside down to achieve the correct handle operation. What is the GPM for this faucet?

Thank you for your question, Chris! The flow rate will depend on the rough-in valve that you use and the pressure in the home. The flow rate from the tub spout port will be between about 7 and 7.8 GPM from the tub spout port at 60 PSI. Thank you for your question, Scarano Inc! Model T17T067 is a TempAssure unit that uses a Thermostatic cartridge which does not fit into the older Delta rough-in valve bodies. You will need a current MultiChoice Universal Rough-in valve such as the R10000-UNBX to install this trim. Alternatively, the Ara collection does offer a standard 17 series valve trim which will work as a replacement for 1500 or 1700 series kits that have screw placements at the 1 and 7 o'clock positions. The valve body itself will not accept current cartridges so the RP32104 assembly must be used instead. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/T17067 Best regards, Edward

Can this be used for an exterior shower?

Hi, Greg! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately none of our shower faucets are specifically designed to be installed outdoors. They are not designed to withstand extreme cold weather conditions (freezing) or direct sunlight from the sun in the summer months. If you do decide to install one of our faucets outdoors, then please remember that our warranty only covers manufactures defects.
