La tecnología H2Okinetic moldea el agua para crear un patrón de ondas único que le da sensación de estar usando más agua.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great but has major design issue This faucet looks great and is exactly what we wanted, however, the hot/cold part where you turn the dial to set the temperature is very poorly designed and will not stay on or will break when you try to get it on. I have had to order three replacements and the first time that the homeowner adjusted the temperature the whole thing fell off. For the amount of money this should NOT be an issue. The homeowner now wants the trim kit replaced with something else and ultimately if I am not able to get Delta to make this right it will end up being at my expense as the contractor. Very, very disappointed in this product.

Tub and Shower Trim T17T467

Hello, My contractor is going to purchase and install two T17T467, one for the shower and the other for the bathtub. However, I feel that the pipe that comes out of the wall (for the shower head) has a low elevation, so I'm afraid that the shower head will be too close to my head when I stand underneath it. I know that the distance from the center of the shower arm to the bottom of the shower head is about 4 3/4". Question: What is the ideal distance from the bottom of the shower head to the top of a person's head to fully experience the H2Okinetic feature?

Dear EG, Thank you for your question! The Raincan shower head that comes with the Ara Tub and Shower T17T467 faucet, doesn't have a recommended height as all installations may vary depending on customers or installers. Best regards, Tanya

Model #T17467 Brushed Nickel - Temp. control knob

When My shower controller was installed, the plumber didn't line up the handles properly. I'm having to remove the temp. control knob (plastic as you know) and I afraid it might break. Can I purchase just the control knob?? Thx. Bob

Can I get a different shower head for this unit? If not, do I need to buy each piece separately to get the configuration I want? Are all Delta showerheads interchangeable regardless of the valve trim kit?
