If you get under the high flow spout, water sprays everywhere & makes a mess. The handheld sprayer is too low-flow to shampoo/rinse hair. Works for filling tub for soaking. Unusable for shampooing/bathing.

How do you change the diverted valve for T4759?

Tube filler is a little older than 1year. Water is leaking from the wand. I need to change the diverted valve. How do you remove the wand holder assembly (RP74808)?

These parts are what are installed in the floor to make the plumbing connections, similar to what is behind the wall on a tub/shower faucet. What does the "Stream Straightener" do?

Is the Stream Straightener really just an aerator or will it allow me to direct the flow of water away from the edge of the tub and more toward the center of the tub? I have experience as a journeyman plumber but am unacquainted with this product having just purchased it. Thanks for any advice!

We offer two different styles of beverage faucets. The model 1914-SS-DST is a traditional faucet, and the model 1977-SS-DST is the transitional faucet. Our products have a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers parts and finish to be free of defect in material and workmanship for the original owner/purchaser. Electronic parts have a 5-Year Limited Warranty. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Hello.  Can you use this tub filler in an outdoor setting specifically Asheville, NC where temperatures can be at or below freezing at certain times of year?  If this fixture can not accommodate low temperatures is there one that you could recommend?

How do I access the rotational stop so I can adjust the temperature? The manual and diagram do not show how to access it, only a picture of what the internal piece looks like.

Hello, I see numerous reviews on all websites regarding these faucets leaking suggesting that this design flaw. Has it been fixed? I have trinsic faucets in the shower and sinks and would like the tub filler to match but am concerned it will leak.

RE T4759FL, we are trying to resolve a question about the hot and cold handle position on this unit. Is the handle vertical/up hot and transitions to horizontal/down cold or is handle vertical/up cold transitions to horizontal/down hot?

How do I stop faucet from leaking? Is there kit to replace handle area? What is the part number?

Recommended maintenance is to replace the seats and springs RP4993 in the legs of the cartridge. The rubber seats can wear or be damaged over time. Also, check the condition of the O-rings on the legs and replace them if necessary (RP14414).
