I did have to reach out to customer service since the instructions were not helpful at least. The video was very helpful except I needed instructions on using the escutcheon. I like them smooth lift of the lever and that I don't have to worry about giving me any trouble. Switching out my faucet was easy to do and mist of all it didn't cost me anything but time.

Customer servise promised mail missing part ASAP So, today April 14, Delta still holdind for some reason, my kitchen sink without water, my wife blaming me any minutes. Not nice.

I chose this one because it's got the pull-out faucet, which I find to be far more helpful than a separate sprayer. It makes more sense to have it built into the faucet. Not only that, it looks really nice and it's easy to keep clean.

We had an older Moen that was a builder basic model and this makes my kitchen look more updated for sure. Anyone could install this faucet though. I highly recommend any delta product, even if you are a diy’er.

The spray handle stretches out very far and makes washing dishes very convenient. The installation of this product was not difficult either it included very simple instructions which made the installation quick and easy.

It is also very easy to change it from stream to spray. The sprayer retracts into the main part of the faucet easily and securely. This was easy to install and is very sleek looking. This faucet is exactly what we were looking for!

This faucet is just beautiful in its simplicity and is of high quality. The only and I mean only thing is that I wish that the it was little bit taller in height but that’s just me.

The only caveat is that I wish it were just a tiny bit taller in height. Other than that, it’s great! I’m in the process of having it installed and can’t wait to use it!

I was unable to contact moen, so googled a kitchen faucet and came up with DELTA's! Ordered it, was installed by a licensed plumber, and I actually like it much better than the other! You would never know it's reconditioned -- looks brand spankin' new !!!!!

I am interested in the Grant kitchen faucet, what if my clearance to the backsplash is less than 2.5 inches?

Why are these faucets recertified? Where are they from?

This is my second Delta Faucet and every time the water comes out it makes a loud screeching noise. It does not stop. I have taken it apart and cleaned it but it still makes that noise. It’s very annoying. It’s only two years old. I need another handle.

I am sorry this information was not readily available for our Delta Faucet Grant® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet (Recertified) In Stainless MODEL#: 16953-SS-DST-R, and I am happy to help you! The noise you are speaking of is caused by debris, we would recommend flushing the faucet to get rid of any debris. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Please follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 7 of the maintenance and installation sheet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/106557%20Rev%20C.pdf To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
