Rated 3 out of 5 by from Spray Nozzle is not as expected Recent installed in the past week and was surprised by the low flow. As others have stated , the spray nozzle is not a full spray, it is two side streams that are not powerful enough to remove debris from dishes. Flow rate is very low in comparison to my previous faucet. Maybe the nozzle is not performing as expected? Pressure in pipes is at 60 psi and all lines are clean, this is not a debris issue, but maybe a defective faucet head? I did remove the faucet head to test water flow and the water flow through the line appears adequate.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing I purchased this faucet because I thought the design was elegant. A day after having it installed, I thought I heard a slight dripping sound from the kitchen. The faucet hadn’t fully shut. I now realize that if you don’t push the handle toward the exact center of the gooseneck base and it’s a little to the rear or front, it can stay on wasting water. This can be a real problem if you’re in a region where you’re trying to conserve water usage. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed with this obvious engineering flaw.

The product build quality is great - with the exception of the spray nozzle (pull-out from spout) leaks, after all the effort to install with no leaks in my work. And it does not seem serviceable, so I have to remove the entire installation and return the unit. No info on fixing the leak online, that I've found. And the documentation lacked information and illustrations about two of the components that are key.

The Delta brand has proven to be made of highest quality, long lasting material. Very easy to install and excellent instructions using Delta's online videos. One other important note has to be the excellent Customer Service that Delta provides if you happen to have any questions or problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Finish and Great Features We picked this up to replace another brand that started to leak, and I really like how simple the installation of this one was. The features are great, although the single control for the water is a bit touchy and can be hard to get the perfect temperature sometimes, and sometimes when you go to turn off the water by pushing it is easy to go barely forward or back and end up leaving it running slightly. There is a button to press to send a very fine and powerful blast of water surrounded by a swirling bubble of water that works very well to remove stuck-on food from dishes better than any faucet I have ever owned. I honestly rarely have to get out a scrub sponge to get sticky or dried food off of dishes anymore (and I have a teenager that likes to leave dishes sitting in his room with salsa, ice cream, milk, etc. in them). The dish soap dispenser is also very good quality, unlike many others I have had in the past that have stopped working after a week or two of regular use. The nozzle pulls out from the faucet and has a long hose to reach every nook and cranny in your largest/deepest sink, and you could almost wash your island if you wanted to. LOL j/k. The finish is very nice and is easy to wipe clean. The

Has more pressure that the Moen faucet it replaced. Has three modes, normal aerator stream, high pressure squirter to remove food, and a useless bubble spray just fun to play with but useless once the novelty wears off

We just installed the Savile 19949Z-SSSD-DST.  The soap dispenser dispenses "foam" type soap (e.g.,Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Hand Soap) as liquid instead of foam.  Is there a different pump that can dispense foam soap?  Thanks!

Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam.
