Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking I just had this installed 2 weeks ago along with a new Ruvati sink. It is a huge improvement over the cheap old stuff that was here. The handle moves smoothly but if you aren’t paying close attention, the faucet will not turn off all the way. You have to be careful to get the handle into a correct position to fully turn off the water flow. The 3 different spray modes come in handy and the reach 20” of the sprayer hose is fantastic. The hose does not return to the base without pushing it back and clicking it into place. The finish is beautiful, a brushed aluminum I think.

My wife loves the sheild spray function as it stops the splashing on the counter top and the jet spray rinses very well. We are very happy with this product.

I love the height above the sink and the rotation of the faucet. You do have to be careful not to over rotate it as it has a 365 degree rotation. Because of the height and maneuverability of the faucet, I easily clean my crock pot and dutch oven pot. I still haven't decided what I think of the splash accessory, but the sprayer is great. It looks very nice and is easy to use. It has been installed for 3 weeks.

They have always been pleasant about “giving away the profits”. Rated 4 out of 5 by from The flow options are nice; easy to select. The faucet itself is great. The installation directions could be more definitive as well as in larger font! It's definitely easier with two people if you have to work around existing plumbing! You really need a person to hold the fixture straight and a person under the sink to tighten the clamp. The wrench supplied was ineffective because of the supply lines too close to the clamp that secures the faucet to the sink; no room to tighten the nut! Once observed that the Glacier Bay fixture uses a collar that encompasses the supply lines and is a snap to tighten! Nevertheless I'm happy with the fixture.

I was at Home Depot to look at the Leland19978Z-RB-DST in Venetian Bronze but they only had a different model showing the bronze color. Does the bronze color look the same regardless of the model name or does the color vary between models?

How do you remove the handle for faucet model 19978Z-rb-dst? handle number RP 63195?  Thanks.

What size countertop hole is required for mounting?

I found this faucet at Home Depot. #19978Z-RB-DST The color says Leland Bronze. The one shown above says Venetian Bronze. Is there a difference. Also the cost is different $221 and about $425 at a high end store. Quality difference??
