La tecnología ShieldSpray® de Delta® limpia con precisión láser y, a su vez, evita el desorden y las salpicaduras. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk! Our faucet was purchased from HD, and within the first year, the magnetic mechanism broke twice. We had to replace the parts twice before finally after another “fight” and easily two hours on the telephone, they agreed to send a replacement faucet. They sent the wrong model and once again wasted more time on the phone with Delta. The supervisor we spoke with, was not very cordial and didn’t care how inconvenienced we were through this entire process. He couldn’t even schedule a home delivery pickup for the wrong faucet which was their fault! What kind of company does this???? In our opinion, his attitude and lack of regard to the paying customer was unacceptable and such that we will never buy another Delta product again. We also feel their quality has gone down hill like the customer service we received.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love it and Hate it I have a love/hate relationship with this faucet. I love the looks of the faucet and the functionality of the sprayer, but the cartridges absolutely stink. I have owned the faucet for approximately 1 year, and now have to replace the cartridge for the second time. The first occurred a few months after it was installed. It became extremely hard to move the handle and made a terrible creaking sound when you tried to move it. It also leaked at the handle. I called customer service and received a new cartridge quite quickly. The faucet was okay for a few months. This time, it began to leak from the faucet. We took it apart to flush it out and clean the cartridge, but it still leaks. The flushing process got water everywhere. I need to call customer service again for another cartridge Also, it’s almost impossible to get warm water. It is either super hot or cold and there is only a fraction of a millimeter of movement in the handle between the two. The mixer obviously needs improvement. We changed the position of the orange switch in the cartridge, but it will only give you warm and cold and NO hot at all. My family wants to get rid of it, but I still hold out hope that I’ll get a good cartridge that will fix my problem. Delta customer service is quite good, but until I get a cartridge that lasts and allows an easy transition to get hot, cold, and warm water, I can’t recommend this faucet to others.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible We bought this less than a year ago, it was fine until a month ago when the water pressure coming out is now super slow. We cleaned the spout thinking it possible could be calcium deposits however it is not the problem, it is definitely not a problem with the area water pressure, this issue is in the faucet. What is a bummer, I can’t return it the receipt and paper work was thrown out.

How high does the faucet handle rise above the counter top, at both the bottom and top of the handle, and what is the swing radius?

which is the better faucet, the Leland single handle with drop down sprayer or the Saville single handle with drop down sprayer...both in stainless steel...does one have spot free finish and the other not

How can I change the water pressure of this faucet?

Thank you for your question, blee72! The water flow on model 19978Z-SS-DST, is adjusted at the on/off handle. The spray pattern can be adjusted at the black button on the wand assembly. Model 19978Z-SS-DST has a maximum flow rate of 1.80 gpm @ 60 psi, and there is not a way to increase the maximum pressure. Best Regards, Benjamin
