I really enjoy using this faucet.
Nicely designed faucet with a sleek look. Nice touch with the built in LED light that changes color as water temperature changes. I really enjoy using this faucet especially when both of my hands are dirty from preparing my brisket to go on the smoker. Delta has made it very easy to install with quick connections for water hookup.

Love it - would buy again
Bought this faucet 3 months ago and really like it. Touch works flawlessly. Light showing water temp is cool, but not especially fast to update so not very useful. But fun to show friends. Easy to install. Using AA batteries and haven't had a need to open the underside of the sink

This faucet is terrible!
The sink turns on and off automatically. Constantly doesn't turn on when touched. Eats batteries like crazy. Totally do not recommend this faucet!

Total garbage.
Sink will randomly turn on. Sink will not turn on after touching it over and over again. Eats up batteries left and right. I wish I could return this and get my money back!!

Gorgeous
I installed this a few weeks ago. Initially it leaked when handle was in on position and touch was use to turn off but that resolved after a few days of use. It is gorgeous and really makes and impact in my kitchen. It is easy to use and I like that i can leave the handle set to a particular temperature (warm) and not have to fuss with it once it's on - consistent temperature. I also like the light at the base that reflect blue for cold and red for hot and magenta for in between
Love it!

Exactly what we wanted!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Faucet a few months ago. I did the install myself, easy breezy. The Faucet, so far, is exactly as advertised, we love it. The touch sensor is really the most important reason we purchased the product, it helps eliminate water waste and looks greats as well. It is a well made, sturdy faucet.

Great design and functionalty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this faucet is amazing. It is very sleek and works very nicely. The water stream is great. Was easy to install. I love the touch on and off option.
My only issue is that the crome model leaves water spots.
We have received many complaints.

Happy Wife, Happy Life!
Let me preface this review by writing that the faucet has only been installed for about 3 days, so I can't talk about longevity. For those of you reading with a short attention span, I'll simply say this is a GREAT faucet! Now you can go to the next review.
I do not do construction for money, but my wife says I'm a professional after doing all of my own home improvements for 35 years. This was the easiest faucet I've ever installed although I felt the instructions were a bit lacking. I'll also point out that being a man it's the first set of instructions I've ever read, so maybe I have unrealistic expectations. (Please, no revocation of my man card for admitting I read the instructions). If you've ever installed a sink faucet, you know that clearance and tightening are a pain. Delta has won with this new method of installations. I won't go into it, but look at the manual. No faucet wrench necessary.
My wife and I cook a LOT and the touch feature works very well. Now I don't leave "gunk" on the handle for my wife to wipe off when my hands are dirty. Easy on, easy off. Now a couple of touch feature specifics. You must have the handle on for the touch feature to work. Don't be afraid to leave it this way because the solenoid that turns on the water is in a "normally closed" position. It takes electricity to turn it on, so if the batteries die, it simply won't come on. Also, it's no more likely to fail and spew water than your wall valves, the faucet handle, or any other device. The auto feature also has a time limit of 4 minutes. Regardless of whether the faucet is turned on by you, your wife or your mangy cat, it is turning off in 4 minutes. (I don't have a mangy cat.)
The touch feature doesn't turn on/off when you pull down the head, which is the way you want it so it doesn't turn off every time you pull down the head. If you touch any other part of the faucet, it will turn on/off. Everywhere on the faucet except the head activates it. This makes it a little quirky sometimes, but it's an auto faucet people. There is no practical way to isolate the areas that you might not want the touch feature to activate. Occasionally when you grab the handle to manually turn the faucet on, the auto feature turns it off when you let go of the handle. I just mention this for some of you EXTREMELY picky people. "I have to actually touch the faucet to make the water come on after I've moved the handle." Oh the travesty of it all.
In all seriousness, this is a great faucet. As long as the electronics hold up it will be a really, really great faucet. The handle is off most of the time, but whenever we use the kitchen, the handle is open and ready for "touch" use. Trust me, you won't be sorry you bought this faucet, (and you should definitely trust me because you don't know me, but read this on the internet.)

Love this faucet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been using this faucet for about a week now but I love it. When working with raw meat, I only need to touch the faucet with the back of my hand to wash them. It's kind of funny though when you are actually trying to clean the faucet. Water on water off.

Well made faucet
Had a Moen faucet before this - lasted only 6 years. This faucet is substantially better made and the touch feature is great. Has the capabilities of working like a regular faucet or touch. Love the pull out - the magnetic feature locks the spout in place until you want to use the pull out. Faucet is pricey but heavy and well made. Worth the cost - you get what you pay for!

Beautiful Faucet
We purchased this faucet for a new home we are building and it looks amazing. The touch on/off works flawlessly and the finish gives it very professional look. I was hesitant about spending the money for a faucet but it was definitely worth the price. We didn't install it so I can't comment about the ease of installation. We had a Delta touch on/off in our other home and loved it, never had any issues with it, which is why I decided to go with this faucet verses a lesser expensive one. We haven't used this one that much but hopefully our past experience will be a good indicator of how this one will work.

Excellent Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this faucet as part of my kitchen remodeling project and couldn't be happier. This is a very well built faucet, very heavy and the look of the arctic stainless finish is unique and pairs well with the Delta 72065T soap dispenser (same arctic finish). The magnetic holder works well and the pull down feature makes this faucet worth the price.

Beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my order timely and everything looked great except for one area. The faucet did not come shipped (or came loose in shipping) in the magnetic holding arm. Instead, it was loose and the arm was touching and scraping the sides of faucet mouth on each side of button to change flow. I immediately called customer service for build.com and they shipped out whole new faucet right away. Just emailed some photos of damage and was done. New one arrived very quickly as well, but in exact same issue as previously. Luckily this time scratches are not noticeable hardly at all (so far as I can see). Have yet to move into new house and install, but it looks beautiful and am excited to see it working.
Was a great experience but still only 4 stars due to hassle of exchange and still minor scratching.

Big and Impressive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The faucet was exactly what I was looking for. At first, I thought is was to big, but after it was installed I loved it. The touch is fantastic. I looked for one that could be touched anywhere on the faucet instead of those you have to wave your hand in front of the sensor. I had a large party at my home this holiday and it was great when my hands were dirty and full from baking.

Sleek faucet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeling our kitchen and wanted the sleek tall arc shaped faucet, but it's hard to find one with all of the right features and the design we liked. After seeing this faucet at a custom kitchen showroom, I looked around and found this model with the on/off touch activation and had to have it. The pull down hose is well weighted, the design looks great, and the features make it a step above some of the others we looked at in this price range.

Perfection!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Delta faucet for the home that we in the process of building. I love the smooth lines, professional look and with three kids, the on/off touch activation was huge! When the faucet arrived it was exactly what we were looking for! It has been difficult ordering online, no knowing what the product will actually look like, however everything we have purchased on Build.com from lights to fixtures has met or exceeded our expectations. This Delta faucet absolutely exceeded out expectations. The faucet is very "high end" looking and works beautifully. It was only installed a week ago, but I absolutely love it. We have a double apron sink and it looks beautiful with it!

Plumber Said: Best Faucet I've Ever Installed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Delta Trinsic Pro in stainless steel after struggling for three years with a Hansgrohe from Costco, and I'm so glad I did. I first saw the Trinsic Pro in This Old House magazine in June, 2016 and waited until the product was released in to order. Here's my review after around 2 months of use:
1. Water Pressure is fantastic! I felt like it took way to long to fill a pot with my former faucet, but this one releases a torrent of water in spray or non-spray form.
2. Magnetic Docking: I love it so much more now that my faucet doesn't dangle weakly as it did with the Hansgrohe! There's a satisfying "snap" each time I dock it.
3. On/Off Touch Activation: Very sensitive! I can touch it anywhere, anyhow and it comes on. My plumber explained that you can touch the end nozzle, however, and it doesn't come on since that part is not metal. Good to know. I love this on/off feature. I did purchase the AC backup for around $20 but haven't installed it yet. The batteries seem like they'll last a good while, however.
4. Looks/Appearance: This is a VERY cool, chic faucet in my open concept kitchen! It gives you all the looks of a commercial style but the convenience and luxury of a home-use one!
5. Quality: As I stated in my review, my plumber had never seen this faucet since it was a new model when I installed it. I think I could have installed it myself but wanted to make sure everything was done correctly since we are dealing with lots of water under the sink if I made a mistake. Plumber commented that it was the best quality faucet he'd installed in terms of the touch on/off, interior components, and commercial-style.
6. Everyday use: this faucet is so great. I'm a very particular consumer who does my homework and expects products to deliver what they promise.

great design and excellent touchless features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the Delta 9659T-DST Trinsic Pro Pre-Rinse Pull-Down Faucet for our kitchen and have been using it for approximately 2+ weeks. We are very pleased with the look of the faucet installed in our home. We were a little nervous as this is our first touchless faucet, but it has been an easy adjustment and the touchless sensor works very well. Our whole family has adapted to it easily (kids included). The pull down sprayer can be a little tricky to disengage as it is magnetized, but works easily once you are used to it. Our only criticism of the faucet is that the Delta Arctic Stainless finish only matches other delta products (which are limited in selection). Therefore we had to purchase the Delta Bar Prep faucet for our water filtration system and have it back-plumbed to combine hot and cold lines because Delta does not make a cold only beverage faucet in the arctic stainless that matched this faucet in design and was not touchless (we did not want all touchless). Delta should add more options or use a standard finish that matches other brands for flexibility. Otherwise, very pleased with our faucet.

Can't wait to install!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had stumbled across this faucet on another website. After watching the video demo of it, I was in love. I searched tirelessly on multiple websites looking for the best deal, but I could not find any that matched Build.com's price at the time.
I can't speak for ease of installation or how it functions because I'm not installing until after Christmas, but the faucet definitely has a quality feel to it. I had looked in person at multiple box stores and nothing felt as high end, looked as commercial or had as many features as this faucet.
They only thing I was surprised by was the actual size. It is larger. I love the look, but I did have a moment after opening where my husband had to reassure me that it will look great. I was able to try out the touch feature at a local high end plumbing supplier. They did not have this faucet in stock (they sold it online for over $100 more). The touch feature was easy to use. I have a feeling for the first few weeks not of my kids will have a chair pulled up to the sink turning it on and off for hours.
