The design and finish are beautiful, and the touch function works perfectly! I can't speak about the ease of installation, as our contractor installed it, but they didn't have any problems. One warning, when they first installed it, it was only hooked up to the battery back-up and the touch function was inconsistent. I was disappointed that I had paid so much for something that didn't work well. But once it was plugged in, it works exactly as advertised. I don't think this will be an issue as the battery back-up won't be used often. Overall, I love this faucet and would definitely recommend it!

It takes a second to get used to and confused people when they first went to use it. After they get the hang of it they really love it too. where are the batteries

The box will accept either 6 AA (included) for up to 2 year battery life or 6 C (not included) for up to 5 year battery life. I have heard some common reviews on the touch technology that once you spray after a certain amount of time turns off slow. Delayed. Can you tell me about the color stainless black. Is it black? Does it pull blue cast ? Is there a lifetime warranty

I have this faucet. How do you turn off the auto shut off?

Sometimes I want this faucet to have water running more than 4 minutes but it has a auto shut off feature. How do you turn this off? It is really annoying. There are specific reasons why the faucet needs to go beyond 4 minutes.

I see the Trinsic faucet requires 2.5&quot; clearance to the backsplash. I have 2&quot; clearance between the back of my present faucet and the backsplash. Is the measurement taken from the back of the fixture or the center of the hole to the backsplash.
