After comparing several models we chose this one. It's been installed about a month and we all love it. The hands free feature works well. Sometimes, it's more sensitive than I expect. The docking spray head is convenient. I especially like using it to clean produce. It was relatively easy to install.

A 9659T-AR-DST has started dripping when left in the ON position but having been "touched" OFF. With the handle shut off the water it does not drip. What maintenance or part is likely to be the solution to stop drip while the handle is ON but touched off?

Is the coil on this faucet match the  black stainless steel color on the body? Or is it a lighter steel color?

The coil has the same finish, however, differences in sizes, shapes, and materials of individual faucet parts can produce color variations that can sometimes be noticeable to the human eye, despite the controls we have in place. Hi. We purchased a manual Trinsic a few years ago. The nozzle/head unit containing the spray head/button has fallen apart. The plastic screen just disintegrated and the spray is not flowing properly. Please let me know how to obtain a replacement.

The pull down nozzle does not easily retract after use. The weight ring on the faucet hose does not seem sufficient or substantial enough to retract the hose easily. Any suggestions?

Will the trinsic ever come in brushed nickel?

There seems to be a short in our faucet. Touch works very sporadically and touch less does not work at all. Any suggestions??

To improve the touch signal, I recommend making sure the sense wire and the battery wire are free and clear of anything conductive that could be causing interference.
