Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks good, works horrible! Picked 2 Delta ARA 3567-BLMPU-DST units for our main bathroom in our house that was being built. Horrible stream, and most of the time double streams of a small amount of water that splatters all over the place. We had the plumber that installed these, and he had no answer for us. Please give us permission to replace these 2 units free of charge. This unit should be pulled from your inventory until a redesign can be incorporated.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good looks and that's it! I purchased (2) 3567-MPU-DST 2 handle widespread for a customer to match the shower that we replaced last year, the customer loved the design. Faucets were installed today 04-03-24 and we are so sorry with this purchase. Both the plumber and myself couldn't figure out why the aerators were spraying water everywhere. Such a poor design. My customer is very concerned. I,ve been using Delta for about 35 yrs. and these are as bad as they get. Whomever designed/engineered these should go back to school. Delta you need to make good on these and refund me.

Water sprays every which way except straight down in a stream (um, like a faucet is supposed to do). Tried going without aerator but it’s even worse.

When we chose them at the showroom we really liked the appearance and style. I wish there was a way to try them before purchasing because they are the worse faucet I have ever encountered in my entire life, and I am 60 yrs old. These faucets sprays water everywhere. On the mirror, countertop, floor, everywhere. Even with the valve barely open, it splashes everywhere. Whomever the design, research and development, and quality control teams are did a horrible job. I looked under the sink and it looks like they're trying to supply water through a plastic line the size of a straw. I can't believe that Delta allowed this product to be manufactured and sold to the public. This product should be discontinued. Respectfully, Unhappy Customer

The flow of the water sprays all over you and the counter and mirror. Looking at the specs it shows it being a round aerator which it is not. Its rectangular. We're trying to figure out how to rectify this issue. The aerator is very difficult to remove. Unfortunately we're stuck with this.

Seeing the name Delta -- never thought of checking their reviews. Joke's on me. I purchased the entire Ara Collection -- EVERYTHING!!! Installed an entire bathroom suite and guess what -- not only is the flow on the bathroom faucet terrible, but my bathtub spout -- that too has water going in all directions. Review after review -- the same thing and you can't pull this collection off the market -- recall it -- save face -- save your reputation. Do the right thing!!!!!! P.S. I do hope a human is reading this and not some computer generated response, , ,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Travesty, Garbage Delta 1.2 GPM Faucet Model 3567-SSMPU-DST Faucet sprays water on mirror, countertop, floor even with the feed valve 3/4 closed and the faucet handle 1/4 open. Got same response from Delta on how to address. The engineer and product development organization who designed this sham should be fired, I can't believe that Delta does not have a flow straightener for this product. How long has Delta been in business. This product might give you 0.1 usable gpm. Shame on Delta.

The water splashes everywhere, no matter how I adjust the faucet handles. I asked the plumber to come back to see if he could help me adjust it. This has been an issue for a LONG time. Delta should have taken this off the market or they should replace the faucet with the waterfall spout. Otherwise, I will have to change everything in my bathroom if I want it to match. I

They were expensive and we hate them they splash water everywhere. I wish I could get Delta to replace them. I don’t recommend this style bathroom faucet, the Ara. Delta if you decide on how to fix the problem PLEASE include me in your contacts.

Customer service will do anything because they said that this is normal. No fix. They were also very unprofessional in a manner that handled the phone call stating that anything that deals with water is going to spatter. Insulting. We'll never purchase from Delta again. Fortunately once my plumbing supply company saw the video, which this website will not upload, they are accepting it back is a defect. Never by Delta. Will never buy Delta again. Lifetime warranty is useless when they don't honor poor design.

Still waiting for my credit from the original faucet. The missing piece faucet had to pay my plumber to put it in then had to take out and put in the new faucet. when it was finally finished, both stoppers didn’t hold water. now I’m not pulling them both back out and hiring a plumber again the product sucks!!! And yet Very Expensive!!!

This is a fairly expensive faucet that seems to have a design defect in that it has an erratic flow that cause water to splash all around the sink and on the walls. Nearly every review states the same problem, and all Delta can say is that they’re sorry it didn’t meet the customers’ expectations. I expected more from a reputable company such as Delta!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THESE! This is, hands down, the WORST bathroom faucet you could purchase. I sincerely wouldn't give you $10 for it, let alone the MSRP of $500. Yes, the Ara looks modern with its sleek lines and nicely polished chrome. However, the aerators in these are completely dysfunctional. They will spray water literally everywhere, and they do not aerate the water at all. The only purpose they serve is to make a mess. I've tried to replace the aerators multiple times, but clearly this is a poor design. Please, read the other reviews. You can trust them. These faucets are trash and Delta should be ashamed to continue to sell these when it's obvious it is a poor design. I will never consider Delta for anything in my home due to the fact they cannot admit this issue and continue to sell this "high end" faucet to consumers and builders. Shame on you, Delta.

Turn them on and you find the spray pattern is obnoxious, spraying water all around your sink. Why it doesn’t have the conventional spray pattern is beyond me, and for the money spent this is completely unacceptable.

How a product could be sold that has this obvious flaw is one of the mysteries of the universe. Hopefully the designer has been replaced so that Delta can avoid this issue in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from looks great, poor water flow I just finished up a complete master bath remodel and installed all Delta ARA collection fixtures throughout the bathroom. Upon turning on the new Matte black faucets, the water flow is terrible. As soon as you put your hands under the flow, water splatters all over, even if you turn the handle almost all the way off. I reached out to Delta, they admitted there had been a problem and sent out new aerators, but they were exactly the same and made no difference. I contacted them again and they had no more answers. They are however going to send even more aerators. The aerators don't aerate. The water stream is too focused and comes out too fast.

Very disappointing for a Delta product, especially one at this price. They are beautiful faucets as long as you never plan on using them. If you do intend on using them, keep a separate towel nearby so that you can wipe everything including yourself off. These spray water everywhere and are a terrible design.

How do you clean the aerator on model 3567

Hi, John! Thank you for your question. The Delta 3567-MPU-DST faucet aerator can be pulled straight down by hand. Once the aerator is removed, it can be soaked in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution. This can be soaked for an hour or even overnight. Can I buy the plastic parts that are used under the handle that turn water off and on?

What is the hole spacing and size for a quartz top with under mount sink?

The supplier for the quartz counter top came out and did the template today. They are using an oval undermount sink on a quartz top. What is the hole spacing and hole size that needs to be drilled in the top?

I have a delta model 3567-mpu-dst and the aerator seems to be clogged. I know the answer is that it simply can be pulled out by hand. I can't seem to find anyway to get hold of it to pull. Am I missing something? It fits flush with the spout. Help!

Hi Mike Y, Thank you for your question. The Delta Ara Lavatory 3567-MPU-DST faucet aerator can be pulled straight down by hand or needle nose pilers from the spout assembly. However, this faucet does come with a flow restrictor that is located below the cartridge assembly. Can I change the way that the water comes out of this faucet? It comes out very violently and splashes everywhere.

Cleaning of faucet

I have owned this faucet for only one week and have noticed water stains which do not clean up with water and a dry cloth (as recommended in the user manual). Is there something else I can do?

I need a replacement aerator for this faucet but whenever I find them online, they don't physically look like the aerator that is actually in my faucet. Even looking at the manual, my aerator is slightly different...as if you guys switched designs.
