How do you recommend cleaning the venetian bronze lavatory faucets? I've used Scrubbing bubbles in the sink area and the stopper and flange have corroded. I want to use the correct cleaning product to clean inside my sink.

Thank you for your question, Melissa. We recommend wiping finished surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water can be used to remove most water spots or finger prints. We do not recommend using harsh or abrasive cleaners as these can damage the finish. How do you remove the handle on a Linden 594 lav faucet?

I bought this faucet and it turns out it is not tall enough for the sink.  Can you just buy the height extension piece without having to buy the entire other faucet?

I ordered on of these for my customer and they can't use the lift rod Since it is on an angle it hits the wall What does someone do with that She is very disappointed with the way it works

Hello Chris, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! The Delta Faucet model 594-RBMPU-DST specifications call for a minimum of 2-1/2" clearance to the backsplash. I have video of the faucet leaking from inside the fixture, where the PEX pipes connect inside to the cartridge. It is in a seldom used sink and has leaked for sometime and has almost destroyed the bottom of my cabinet. Will you replace / repair?

Are there any Champagne lav faucets built by Delta, which do not have a p[op-up drain, buy a grid strainer? I'm sure there must be a commercial type faucet designed for larger toilet rooms without a pop-up drain. Please show us a listing of those. Thanks

If a different drain assembly or grid strainer is needed, we do carry some faucet models that do not include a drain assembly. I have 2 of these faucets installed in new bathrooms vanities. Neither of them will hold water. They are installed properly, but the sink stopper will not hold water. The water just drains out. PLEASE give me some advice as how to correct this ASAP.

Is this faucet available with a grid strainer and no trip?

Hi Pete, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 594-CZMPU-DST. Beginning in March 2022, this faucet includes a push pop-up drain instead of a drain operated with a lift rod on the faucet. This model is currently only available with an overflow drain assembly included. The grid strainer RP47648CZ does not have overflow holes and would match this faucet if purchased separately.
