We are happy to help you. The Delta Faucet Cassidy™ Single Handle Channel Bathroom Faucet In Venetian Bronze MODEL#: 598LF-RBMPU valve cartridge can be replaced by: 1. Turn off the water supplies under the sink, 2. The decorative piece on the handle is a button that can be removed with your fingernail, 3. Underneath is a screw that can be loosened with a Phillips head screwdriver, 4. Remove the handle, 5. Unscrew the cap and bonnet, 6. Pull the valve cartridge straight out of the valve then install the new cartridge, 7. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you with the Delta Faucet Cassidy™ Single Handle Channel Bathroom Faucet In Polished Nickel MODEL#: 598LF-PNMPU. Looking into this, I have found instructions on flushing your faucet, debris can cause the cartridge, not to seal properly. Please refer to the information below. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause. Please shut off the water supplies, gather your 1/8" Allen wrench, wrench, and strap wrench before we begin. 1. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench. There may be a button you can remove with your fingernails first. 2. Once you remove the handle, you should see the cap or sleeve assembly. Remove this with your strap wrench if you cannot remove it with your hand. 3. After the cap or sleeve has been removed, you should see a brass bonnet, please use your wrench to remove this part. 4. Your cartridge is now free to be removed. Under the cartridge is the flow restrictor, this can be removed and cleaned. 5. Please ensure there is no debris on the puck piece inside the valve. If there is, please grab q-tips or paper towels to clean it out. 6. You are now able to flush. Take a towel and wrap it around the base of the faucet, and place a bowl over the opening in the faucet. 7. Next, turn the water on at the shut-off and allow the faucet to flush out any debris in the faucet. 8. Once the faucet has been flushed out for 60 seconds, please re-insert all the parts and check for the leak. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Hello Jo jo, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. We do recommend flushing the valve; It will allow the removal of debris in the lines. Here are the steps for flushing your faucet. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need Phillip's screwdriver and Start by popping the cap off the front of the handle. Then you would remove your handle with the screwdriver. Please pull the handle off of the cartridge, you will then find the cap and bonnet nut. Both the cap and bonnet nut would be unthreaded from the faucet. The next part you should see is the cartridge, please grab and pull it out. Then using needle nose pillars grab the brass insert and pull it out. Under the insert is the flow restrictor and this is where the blockage would be located, once cleaned follow the directions in reverse for reinstall. Please contact back with any further questions.
