Nice, seemed like a slow fill.
The faucet and handles are handsome and match our sink fixtures. Because the faucet and handles are on the near side of the tub, the handles appear to be backwards and you have to operate them from outside of the tub in a backwards way. Once in the tub, they appear correctly. The faucet shoots the water towards the center of the tub. Took a long time to fill the tub. Need to find out if there is anything I can do to increase the water flow.

Great Roman Tub Faucet
Great bathtub faucet, cold and hot valve handles work properly and both shut-off with no drips, nice looking, stainless steel is very beautiful. Works with R2707 Rough-in Kit, so functionality is common to many Delta Roman Tub faucets.

What I expect from Delta.
This faucet has been reliable, easy to use, and stylish. In the 2 years we've had this faucet we have had no issues. The design is easy to match with other accessories.

Can I add a matching hand shower to my existing setup?
Hi, I currently have this Windemere Roman Tub trim and would like to know if I can add a matching hand shower to my existing setup. Is there anything that would closely resemble the Windemere? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a Windemere Roman Tub trim with a hand shower. To add a hand shower, you would need to replace the R2707 valve with an R4707 (4 hole setup) or add a transfer valve such as the RP14979 (5 hole setup).

I am looking for matching overflow plate and tub drain to go with my delta windemere oil-rubbed bronze roman faucet.
Thank you for your question. We have two bath waste assemblies available in Venetian Bronze that will most closely match your faucet. Delta Faucet model # RP691RB is a trip lever model and Delta Faucet model # RP690RB is a toe operated model.

R2707 vs R2707-PX vs R2707-MF
What are the difference among R2707, R2707-PX, and R2707-MF and which one should I choose?
I am also wondering whether there are any other parts necessary besides one of those tub roughs when I install BT2796.

Thank you for your question, Jack. The rough-in is the only thing that you will need to install this trim kit. The differences between the rough-ins are the valve connections. R2707 has smooth copper pipe for soldering, R2707-PX uses PEX crimp connections, and R2707-MF uses PEX cold expansion.

I have an existing Delta roman tub spout that comes with the round acrylic knobs. Does this trim kit fit that?

Thank you for your question. To verify if the BT2796 will work with your existing valve body, we recommend to look at the tub spout assembly. The tub spout will have a set screw either in the front or back of the spout. If the set screw is in the front, no new roman tub trim will work with the existing valve body. If the set screw is in the back, any new trim kit, including the B2796, will fit on the existing valve body. All of our new trim kits have the set screws on the back of the spout so they will retrofit on the original valve body. I hope this information helps.

which rough valve set should I use with the BT2796-OB trim

I have a 17 year old Delta 2710 Antique brass roman tub, what series could i use to update but keep the same 2710 rough in
Hi Big Heavy, Thank you for your question. The current roman tub trims will fit on the rough used by the model 2710. The model 2710 installation called for an additional hole to be drilled under the spout for the anti swivel pin. None of the current spouts have a foot print large enough to cover this hole, the hole may need to be repaired.

Can this trim kit be used to replace Delta "Victorian" trim? Rough in is not readily accessible. Any adjustments needed?

Thank you for your question. If your current roman tub faucet has a set screw in the back of your original spout assembly, you can use the BT2796-OB with your current rough valve in your deck.
