Good quality and real customer service!
Good quality matters when something is installed inside a wall thats tiled. It also matters to me that every time I called delta with a problem I got to speak to a person who speaks good english and fixes the problem. Great company!

I bought R10000UNBXHF. The shower handle only moved to the 12:00 position and water not hot

Why does my shower handle only go to vertical position and water not hot?

I bought an MultiChoice® Universal High-Flow Rough - Shower Only - Universal Inlets/Outlets (Recertified) MODEL#: R10000-UNBXHF-R Can I use it with the Delta H2O Shower Trim 1L 17S (Recertified) In Chrome MODEL#: T17259-R?
