You must stand almost on the back wall of the shower to have any water cascade.

I was a little intimidated by the installation, but it was actually very easy. Someone a little handier than me could have done it in half the time. Once it was installed, I immediately tried it out and really love the perfect amount of pressure and coverage that the shower gives. It has been a great update to our bathroom.

I'm so excited!I had this installed and I can say this is worth having.I love the feel of like I'm in a warm summer rain or a waterfall on island location.The flow is soothing.i like the design because the shape makes full body coverage.I like the flow holes because less likely for water deposit to form.Easy cleaning just wipe off.Now i'm do redesigning my whole bathroom around this shower lol.

It provides a wide spray that is just the right pressure and is stylish. Installing the the shower head is a piece of cake a wrench and some plumbers tape is all you need. Replacing the handle was beyond my capabilities as a layman. I had to hire a plumber to install the guts of the knob.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This shower kit is BEAUTIFUL We have been using this shower kit for a couple of months now and I have not found a single negative about it. Pressure is great, the large shower head offers a warm rain like shower with enough pressure to feel clean but soft enough to be relaxing. I was a bit worried about water spots and keeping it clean but clean up is a breeze and it looks gorgeous! My husband is quite handy and he was able to install with ease, I will say though, that if it were me installing, I likely would have struggled a bit even with easy to follow instructions. There have been no leaks or other issues since installation and if I am being perfectly honest, the large size of the shower head has made cleaning and rinsing the shower walls much easier as the coverage is much larger than my previous shower head. Overall a great product !!!!

Pressure of shower head is lower than our other smaller shower head, but is adequate for our needs. I would guess I could remove a low-flow valve to get better pressure but haven't done that yet, as it works fine.

We are a general contractor but this particular faucet set was purchased for our own home. I’m trying to replace a CARTRIDGE for this Delta Model Ashlyn T14264. Tons of info about trim kits, valve body etc. But no info about the specific cartridge and where to purchase???

On the Delta Ashlyn shower faucet, can you adjust the water temperature to get hotter water?

Hi, Jerry! Thank you for your question. Thank you for your question. There is a rotational limit stop (RLS) at the temperature control to adjust the hot water limit. To adjust the RLS, first remove the temperature cover and take a phillips head screw driver and turn the set screw counter clockwise to remove. Remove the gray knob. Behind the knob, you should see a black disk. Take the disk and take it out and place the disk to the hotter side. The hot side should be up against the iron piece that is sticking down on the volume handle. Once adjusted, reinstall all handle parts. Best Regards, Rosanna

Is the gray, plastic piece inside the part that screws onto the rod supposed to be removed before installation?

If removed, will the flow rate increase? What is the purpose of this piece?

is the whole trim made of brass or are there any plastic parts besides the spray holes?

i read a comment somewhere that a buyer felt like it was made of plastic, not metal. please describe the material. thanks ed

I plan on installing this shower trim Delta T14264-SS outdoors by my pool. Is the material made of stainless steel or is that just the name of the finish? Do you know what grade of stainless it is?

Hi, Dustin H! Thank you for your question. The Brilliance Stainless Steel for the Delta T14264-SS shower unit is the name of the finish. Unfortunately none of our faucets are specifically designed to be installed outdoors. They are not designed to withstand extreme cold weather conditions (freezing) or direct sunlight from the sun in the summer months. If you do decide to install one of our faucets outdoors, then please remember that our warranty only covers manufactures defects.
