La ducha dos en uno In2ition® de Delta® viene con una ducha manual desmontable que se puede usar por separado o simultáneamente con el cabezal de ducha. I love this shower head and bought it for my previous home. At that time, I bought the shower head and handles separately. This time, I bought the kit. the shower handle is plastic and feels like it. I didn't read the specifications and assumed the product was made of metal. This explains why buying the shower kit is cheaper than buying the parts separately.

Nice look, but all plastic. The water temp switch can fall off easily, as it just snaps in and has no set screw. Also, there are flow restrictors that need to be removed or else it's not worth using.

Very Disappointed!
We recently got our plumber to install the Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series Dual Function Pressure Balanced Tub and Shower with In2ition and Integrated Volume Control in a master bathroom project.
I decided to test it yesterday and turned the larger controller to set the water pressure. No problem. Then I gently turned the water temperature control controller from cold to warm. To my surprise the water temperature controller fell into the new bathtub. I looked at it. It was plastic and realized that it was meant to snap in place. I pressed it back into place and saw that it wobbled. Not good.
This was unacceptable.
In addition, the water pressure was quite low. In the guest shower, where we installed a Delta 14shower fixture, the pressure was much better.
This low pressure very disappointing . . . and unacceptable.

It's great!
I like how it looks more than I thought I would. I didn't want to spend a fortune, and shower systems have gotten so expensive, so I thought I was settling, but I actually really like it, and it doesn't detract from my gorgeous new bathroom at all. It's functional and affordable. My contractor installed it, it works great, has good pressure.

Does the job
If you live in CA, this will have a water restrictor in it and you will not get enough pressure for water to flow through both shower heads simultaneously. I googled how to correct it for this particular model and I now have much better pressure and can rinse my hair in a decent amount of time. The water flow restrictions implemented in CA are only causing more water usage. I have to flush my brand new toilet a couple of times just to get toilet paper down.

Plastic tub spout. Couldn't get handle to work
I'm returning this because my contractor could not get the dual handle (separate temp and pressure) to work with the suggested rough/mixer valve). Most of the parts of this set seemed nice, except the tub spout. The tub spout was plastic, which I was trying to avoid, and it feels cheap. It looks fine.

Great coverage
I bought this Ashlynn Monitor 17 for my bathroom remodel. It delivers great coverage and plenty of water. The first unit had an issue with the seal on the main shower head. After a call to Delta warranty, I had a replacement within 1 week. Excellent customer service from Delta. Get the rough-in valve when you order this. The plumbers told me it’s a quality valve.

Purchased this valve because my daughter has it in the bronze. Once installed i noticed the face plate for the control does not have any writing on it. Not sure what knob is for what. Also noticed that the shower head is constantly dripping even thought it is completely turned off. Love the look just wish it was better made. Not the quality I'm use to with Delta.

Customer dissatisfaction!!
Just installed this product two weeks ago! My customer is very, very disappointed with this product ! The finish on this product shows water spots terrible. I recommended Moen products but the Delta product is the one picked out! I am sure I will have to eat the cost on this one. She has already asked me to schedule time to replace ! I never have been a fan of Delta products nor the way a they treat customers. Products always seem to be substandard !

The handheld shower head broke the very first time it was used.
We had two of these installed at our new home and both are garbage. The finish on the tub spout is ugly and is impossible to get water stains off of. The handheld shower head has a knob that switches the water from the handheld to the stationery shower head and it broke off the first time we used it.

Unable to have water flow solely through the detachable shower arm. What’s the point of having a detachable arm at all? Water pressure is decreased but that seems to be a consistent issue with shower heads with detachable arms. The tub faucet pressure is even worse. Disappointed. Have contacted Delta and waiting to hear back.

Nice marketing read but functionally not so good.
there is a "tight line" between the dual function and volume control levers.. the hot/cold mix valve lever will move the the volume lever. One can adjust the holding screw to reduce this friction but the screw head is so far out that you can't snugly install the the plastic hot/cold mix valve. It pops off frequently.

Looks great!
This was super easy to install and brought a fresh, modern look to my bathroom. The detachable head is the way to go - especially if you have kids and dogs. The water pressure is just right - makes for a very relaxing and therapeutic shower!

Can l an Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series T17264 be installed in a R10000-UNWSHF valve? i.e. High Flow Valve?
Thank you for your question, Nate! Yes, you can use the R10000-UNWSHF valve body, with the T17264-I valve trim. Because the bottom port is pre-plugged on the R10000-UNWSHF valve body, you will not be able to use a tub spout.

what is the diameter of the shower head?

Thank you for your question! The shower head is 6 9/16" wide. The spray face of the hand shower is 3 5/8" in diameter.

Can I just add a metal tub spout to this set?
I have seen there is an Ashlyn set that comes with a tub spout but see that it is not metal. I would like to add a metal spout to this set. Is that possible?

Shower Valve Rough-In
Will the shower valve that is included with the B112900 Foundations single handed shower accommodate and work with the Ashlyn monitor 17 series shower trim with in2ition two in one shower?

Different Hose sizes?
This model comes with a 60" hose. Is it possible to order a
shorter hose length. Say appox. 30" long

If I'm only going to have one showerhead with the ashlyn 17 or 14 series would the R 100000 UNBXHF be a better choice than the R 100000 UHBX ?

Hose replacement
Can the hose be changed out/replaced with a better quality hose? It is very rigid and cheap looking.
