Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate this faucet - arm is hard to adjust to the right water speed I grow to despise this faucet more and more every day. When I want just a trickle of water, I have to hold the handle so oddly and tightly to get the right flow speed. You can jerk it wide open easily, but if you want a more controlled water flow, it takes way too much effort and concentration. I'm looking for something else. Also, the clip that connects the faucet hose to the water inflow falls off easily and is really hard to squeeze back together. Poorly designed.

This feature is great in water frugal Tucson. I appreciated the flexibility in centering the privot handle to the front so it wouldn’t collide with my soap dispenser. The photo online shows a smooth finish and the description says nothing about a rough scratched looking finish. I was having my laundry room redone and I kept thinking that the workers were scratching the faucet.

The faucet head is loose, not at the base where it meets the counter that is fine, it is about a third of the way up where it steps in the units wiggles and rocks back and forth. This is the second unit we have had as the first leaked from inside the unit

How to make the handle easier to move without resistance

To first troubleshoot an issue, I recommend securing the hose and flushing the faucet with the sprayer removed. If the issue remains the cartridge may need to be replaced. On my faucet, the button to change between water streaming modes has stopped working. I can take it apart and clean the switching mechanism, but that only fixes the problem for a few washes. Is it possible to get just this replacement piece warrantied?

The screw that holds the lever in place is loose and so the lever keeps coming off.  How do I tighten it?  There isn’t much space to get underneath it to do so let alone even see it.

I am seeing this on Amazon for $411.25. It shows the web site as Delta Faucet store. The model number is correct for Arctic Stainless, but it also mentions Brushed nickel, which this does not come in. Is it real?

Hi, the diverter switch in my faucet is difficult to press after owning the faucet for about a year. When first installed, the diverter switch felt crisp and smooth. Now it feels very sluggish and sometimes is hard to switch entirely. Any advice?

We recommend flushing the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. The plastic mesh piece at the very end of the faucet head has broken, so a heavy stream is what comes out. I'd call it the aerator, but I think that's a metal mesh piece within the faucet head. Is this little grey plastic mesh piece replaceable?

Where the “Goose neck” sits / swivels on the body of the faucet, has become loose and wobbly. Can this be tightened or fixed?
