We got the kit to plug it in under the sink so we don’t have to worry about batteries. The light display is helpful for kids to see water temp. I love being able to tap the sink to wash hands when prepping food. I’ll never go back to a regular faucet in the kitchen! The magnet is strong and the sprayer pulls out far enough to easily clean all around our big sink. Great purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful but inconsistent water The water flow stops sometimes for no reason while in use (not touched), and does not flow again, even when touched multiple times. Sometimes no water comes out at all when the faucet is turned on. Inconsistent and annoying. This was an expensive faucet to not work as it should.

When you include the labor, batteries and cost of the faucet, we could have bought several faucets. We went with all Delta faucets in our home built 4 years ago. While only the kitchen faucet has gone bad, the customer service is so disappointing. What good is a lifetime warranty when they don’t honor it??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protrinsic Touch We had the faucet installed about 3 weeks ago. So far I love it! I especially love not having as many water drips and drops all over the faucet part of the counter which was especially obvious in our sink / kitchen set up with white counters. I haven’t had the problems mentioned in the other reviews like the faucet starting on its own or not being able to start it. Right now we are using the battery pack as I neglected to buy the extra bit to plug it into an outlet. After the plumber left I cleaned under the sink and messed with the solenoid a little. Then I did have a few problems. But it got sorted out when I put it into position according to instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend this faucet We really like this faucet. We paired it with a 33” sink and with the sprayer, it reaches the edges of the sink. We added the voice control which I don’t think is worth it… by the time you tell Alexa to do something you could have done it yourself. But the faucet itself with touch control works great. And I really like the light that indicates the water temperature and the sprayer works great.

I just purchased this product and saw somewhere that the coil was removable if a deeper clean was warranted underneath the springed coil. But I could not find anywhere that describes how to remove it? Any advice?

Hello, I have the MODEL#: 9659T-DST, after four years of use, when we touch to shut off the water it's starting to leak. We have to turn off at the handle to stop the leak. How can I correct this problem? Thanks

Hi Gary, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Flushing the supply lines and solenoid could resolve this issue with your TRINSIC&reg; PRO Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 9659T-DST. To flush the solenoid keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket. To flush the hot and cold supply lines follow the directions below. 1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process. 2. Move the handle to the full mixed position. 3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side. 4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket. 5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket. 6. Reconnect the supply line. Please use caution when flushing the hot water. You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold line. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet. Is it possible to set this faucet up with the handle assembly on the left hand side instead of the right hand side?

Hi nglenn82, Thanks for your question regarding 9659T-DST! We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on and rotating forward to increase the temperature. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left or front, it will rotate backward. How do I replace the batteries

To change the batteries on the Delta Faucet Trinsic&reg; Pro Single Handle Pull-Down Spring Spout Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O&reg; Technology In Arctic Stainless MODEL#: 9659T-AR-DST remove the cap to the battery box and replace with new batteries.
