We got the kit to plug it in under the sink so we don’t have to worry about batteries. The light display is helpful for kids to see water temp. I love being able to tap the sink to wash hands when prepping food. I’ll never go back to a regular faucet in the kitchen! The magnet is strong and the sprayer pulls out far enough to easily clean all around our big sink. Great purchase.

Sometimes no water comes out at all when the faucet is turned on. Inconsistent and annoying. This was an expensive faucet to not work as it should.

When you include the labor, batteries and cost of the faucet, we could have bought several faucets. We went with all Delta faucets in our home built 4 years ago. While only the kitchen faucet has gone bad, the customer service is so disappointing. What good is a lifetime warranty when they don’t honor it??

I especially love not having as many water drips and drops all over the faucet part of the counter which was especially obvious in our sink / kitchen set up with white counters. I haven’t had the problems mentioned in the other reviews like the faucet starting on its own or not being able to start it. Right now we are using the battery pack as I neglected to buy the extra bit to plug it into an outlet. After the plumber left I cleaned under the sink and messed with the solenoid a little. Then I did have a few problems. But it got sorted out when I put it into position according to instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend this faucet We really like this faucet. We paired it with a 33” sink and with the sprayer, it reaches the edges of the sink. We added the voice control which I don’t think is worth it… by the time you tell Alexa to do something you could have done it yourself. But the faucet itself with touch control works great. And I really like the light that indicates the water temperature and the sprayer works great.

I have heard tons of complaints on this model for water pressure and how unreliable the touch technology is. Have yall done anything to re mediate these problems? Love how the faucet looks but all of the negative reviews are scaring me.

Can a filter such as PUR be attached to this faucet?

Can the handle be mounted in the middle as opposed to the right side?

Hello Keith Wayne, Thank you for your question. You can install the Delta Trinsic Pro Touch2O 9659T-DST faucet, with the handle in the front. The spout rotates the full 360 degrees and is not affected by the handle position. how do i do clean sprayer assembly (partialy clogged )

Thank you for your question, Thomas! The wand on your Delta model 1993-SD-DST has Touch clean spray holes which can easily be wiped by hand to remove mineral buildup. If the issue is inside the wand, you can remove the wand and pour a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water inside to help break up deposits. You may purchase an EP73954 Power Supply to use instead of the batteries, and you can also switch the faucet to manual mode by turning the water on by touch, then disconnecting the battery box (or power supply). If you remove the nozzle from the dock and aim the wand at a particular direction, can you let go of the wand and will it support itself without dock?

My faucet is mounted too far back from a comfortable position to use because of the odd shape of the double sink. I would like to aim the wand more to the front and let it go to use both hands.

We have had this model for just over a year. All of a sudden it has low pressure and only cold water comes out. What could be causing this problem?&nbsp;

Hi JoeC, Thank you for your question. We would recommend flushing out each Innoflex PEX line to clear it out, as this is where the particles or debris can accumulate and cause a blockage. To do this, gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket. Shut off both water supplies. Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line and point it into a bucket. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temperature. Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold water supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move the faucet handle handle to off position. Reattach the hot side line. To flush the cold side Innoflex line, just substitute cold for hot, and hot for cold in the steps. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social if there is anything else you need. We change the battery out on this faucet. Afterwards we tried turning on the Fossett and there is very low pressure now. I tried to turn it on manually by disconnecting D batteries while the water was on but still low pressure now. Please help

To flush out the valve body, so that these parts do last as long as possible, please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket. Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp. Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket. Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move handle to off position. Reattach hot side line. Is Artic Stainless like a brushed nickel?

I installed the faucet and everything worked. I tapped the handle, it came on/off fine. Put everything away. Now when I tap the handle the blue light comes on, I hear it click on the solenoid but no water. I can use the handle to get water.&nbsp;

The piece where the faucet docks (c with magnet) is loose. I see a screw behind it but it doesn&rsquo;t seem like it wants to tighten up. How can I tighten this?&nbsp;
