RESEÑAS
Rated 1 out of 5 by from This faucet ruining our wood floors!! The cartridge in the faucet broke and started leaking. The plumber came and said the cartridge was a different design than the standard one that they keep on their truck. We had to wait multiple day to order the new cartridge in. A few months later, it starts leaking again but this time during the night. It leaked so much that it ruined our hard wood floors in our kitchen. Delta agreed to send us a new faucet with the original design cartridge which helps but we will need to replace our wood floors now thanks to this faucet!!! Do not order this!! Order one with original cartridge design!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but not great I was excited about this faucet but it really has been frustrating. It looks good, I love the temp color LED, and it look good, Unfortunately, the spray head only stays straight in the swingarm - means you can't point the head somewhere and have it stay there. The spray selection, stream or spray, doesn't reset to stream when off -- I can't tell you how many times I've sprayed all over by accident. But the kicker is, the ToucH20 turns itself off and on by itself when using -- it doesn't take a full touch to toggle, even a brush by without touching the faucet will turn it on/off. It's a pain. I tried to disconnect the clip from the shank, but the faucet doesn't work at all then. The installation manual states " see manual bypass of electronics" but there isn't a section...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great when it works We spent the extra money on this pricey faucet when we remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago. We have had a love hate relationship ever since. The touch feature has a mind of its own. When it works properly it is wonderfully handy. Especially when cooking and your hands are dirty. However, from the very beginning we have had issues of it not turning on. It will go for 2 or 3 days and work perfectly, then suddenly just stops and I have to completely disconnect everything and use the faucet without any of the touch technology connected. I wait a while and reconnect and it will run again. So when this first started happening I did some research and I added the ac plug rather than it running on batteries only. I replaced AA batteries and used the larger batteries. I ensured the battery pack is placed correctly on the bottom of the cabinet away from anything else. I’ve completed every single trouble shooting action DELTA has posted on the troubleshooting tips. And yet this problem persists. So I got on the website tonight to investigate replacing the solenoid only to find that it is $170 which is over half the price of a brand new faucet and only $30-$50 cheaper than other models of Delta touch faucets. I find this ridiculous for a two year old faucet. I cannot recommend this faucet or any Delta touch faucet given my experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Touch faucet easy and solid performer Great Touch faucet. easy to install and works "like it says on the tin"

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful!!! This should never have been released. Ever try to control flow when the water goes off , or every time you pull or replace the sprayer head? How about that the magnetic assembly that is supposed to keep the sprayer in position totally disintegrates...It is extremely "touchy" - anything laid down near it causes to go on or off. If you just slightly touch the handle it will respond when you do n to want it to. Have been tortured with this for 3 years and am now going to replace it with something better and les expensive, perhaps a Grohe...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Touch technology too finicky! We purchased and installed this faucet a little more than a year ago. While I was initially excited about the touch technology, it proved to be much too finicky. Running water turns off then will not start again. This week we finally disabled the battery. It’s great to have a faucet that now works very time I need it to. I would not advise spending the extra money for the touch technology.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rusted out magnetic docking Nice looking, great touch feature, however, this faucet will rust out at the magnetic docking feature within a year. It will have to be replaced, so I don’t recommend this faucet. Delta needs to use a better part for the docking feature or remove that feature. I will buy other brands in the future instead.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great faucet…with a major issue Have had this faucet for 3 years and it works well. Looks great, functions well. However, the magnet that holds the pull down faucet began to rust several months ago and will no longer seat correctly. In addition, rust drips down from the magnet onto the faucet head. Very poorly designed. Why not coat it so it doesn’t rust? On top of that, they charge $44 to replace a magnet?? Ridiculous!

What is the difference between the 9113T-DST and the 9913T-DST

How do you bypass the electronics.

Asked by: Simon2020
Hi, Simon2020! Thank you for your question. The Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet electronics can be bypassed for the faucet to work manually. First, turn the handle in the off position. Remove the blue clips on the top and bottom of the solenoid assembly. Once the clips are removed, remove the hose connections from each top and bottom of the solenoid and connect these two hose connections together. Secure this connection with one of the blue clips. Remove the solenoid, battery pack, and all wiring entirely. The handle can be turned on and off for the faucet to work manually. Best Regards, Rosanna

So, I’ve had this for a few months now and it seems to have a mind of its own. It is randomly turning on. Is there something wrong with this or a way to reset it?

Asked by: Lefty
Hello Lefty! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the touch function. The issue you describe would be a problem with the faucet being isolated and insulated from any metal or conductive material, such as a sink or countertop. Or, the placement of the wires. If it is difficult to currently use the faucet while resolving the issue with the touch function, you can use the faucet manually by removing the solenoid and clipping the hoses together. The handle should be in the closed position and a bucket used to catch any water when the hoses are unclipped. To troubleshoot the issue, we would need pictures of the installation. 1. Entire faucet from above the sink (including what LED light is doing, if possible). 2. The faucet below the sink, looking up at the mounting hardware (for pull down faucets it is vital that we are able to see the mounting hardware itself as it meets the sink or counter surface). 3. Location of the battery pack (when taking this photo please keep in mind the battery pack must be located on the floor or as close to the ground as possible). 4. Solenoid with label and as much wiring as possible in view (when taking this photo please keep in mind we recommend at least two inches of clearance between the solenoid, wires, and battery box if possible). With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Best Regards, Carrie

I am sorry for the flow issue on your Essa® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Matte Black MODEL#: 9113T-BL-DST, and I am happy to help you! The low flow you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Asked by: kathinJax
Hi kathinJax, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 9113T-DST! The solenoid opens and closes when the touch is initiated, however, there may be some debris in the solenoid causing it to make a louder transition. I would also like to have you do a flush of the unit, flushing the touch faucet will fix multiple issues with leaking, flow, and debris. Please see the steps below. I would like you to keep the handle in the center full-on position, then remove the wand. Hold the hose, so it does not fall back into the faucet, then point the hose into the sink. Next, I would like you to turn the faucet on by touch for 40 seconds. Then shut the faucet off by touch and back on for another 40 seconds. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards, Nicole Digital Communications Specialist

Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet. Love it except, only provides 1 gpm, very irritating. Pressure verified at 42 to 62psi. Directly tested hot supply line at 3gpm. Can I get to the orifice (restriction) and remove/drill out the restriction!! Please help.

Asked by: Resyooper
Hi Resyooper, Thank you for your question! To get the optimal 1.8gpm flow rate you will need at least a constant PSI of 60. Unfortunately there is no flow restrictor than can be removed. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist

I purchased the EP102157 9V power supply but can't figure out how to properly install it on my 9113T-DST kitchen faucet. Please provide instructions. And after I install the 9V power supply will the Touch2O feature still work?

Asked by: taurus5468
Hi taurus5468, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet EP102157 power supply. One end of the adapter is plugged into a grounded and unswitched outlet. The other end plugs into the touch solenoid valve under the sink on the faucet hose. I recommend confirming the outlet is not wired to a switch for a garbage disposal. Yes, the Touch2O technology should work with the AC adapter installed. See the installation instruction sheet here: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/112427%20Rev.A.pdf Please reach out with any additional questions! We put this faucet in when we built, and it was great for a few months... but it randomly and obnoxiously drips now when you touch it to turn it off. But if you close the handle it stops dripping. We've tried it plugged in and battery pack, same problem.

Asked by: Cbronko

We purchased the Delta Touch2o Model 9113T faucet last year. Just recently, it has started dripping when you use touch to turn off and stops if you use the handle. The instructions say to replace the valve cartridge, but I am not seeing that part on site
