Specifications say minimum clearance to backsplash is 2 1/2”.  I have a clearance if 1 3/4” - 2”. What issue will arise from having less space?

Is the spout on this faucet fixed or does it move side to side

My plumber just installed our Cassidy widespread faucet, model number 3597LF-MPU with pop up drain assembly and the long rod that pops out of the sink is too short for our sink. Can we get a longer one?

Hi Teri, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 3597LF-MPU-R. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. We do not provide a long tailpiece option, however locally you should be able to find adapter parts. You will need to purchase a slip joint extension tube in either 1-1/4" or 1-1/2". You will also need to purchase a 1-1/2" to 1-1/4" reducing bushing. These are compression-style fittings that compress onto the pipe to secure, not thread on. These are available at most hardware stores or home centers, not through Delta. Please feel free to contact us directly for technical information at 800-345-3358. Is there an adapter that I can unscrewed the end and hook a hose to it so I can use a shower head on hose?

how can I tighten handle
