I have a well system with a 40-60psi pressure switch and the water trickles out of the shower head. Extremely disappointed I wasted my money upgrading from the classic shower design. I do own a classic shower as well and that water flies out of that head and almost hits the back of the tub, should've not upgraded.

Is there away to adjust and increase pressure? If not, then this will be the last Delta product I purchase! $200 kit, and $150 to install...I feel like I was robbed.

Was looking for a low price set that included a roman tub faucet. This product comes through. Very affordable, feels strong...looks great. Everything matches nicely. Wife was happy too, *she's picky*, can't wait to install. fyi, stay away from bargain brands like aquasource and glacial bay. This product is a great alternative to price, but with better quality. bought stainless *matches well with brush nickel*. Only problem or issue is that the handle seems small, but matches nicely with rest of set. Don't forget to buy the R.I.

Doe the head tilt side-to-side, up-down, for best placement?

Any adapter to update the cartridge to newer version

I want to use this to update the trim on my Monitor shower valve. Even though the house was built in 2008, I'm assuming my existing valve has the older cartridge since it is white colored. Any way to adapt to use the new cartridge included with the kit? I have seen some adapter mentioned to update to a 17 series.

Hi Pdoc11, Thank you for your question! This shower trim will work with existing 13/1400 series showers. However, you will need to use the existing cartridge. The cartridge that comes with the trim kit will not work with pre-MultiChoice (2006 - present) valves. Thanks, Jon

How do you turn on the shower when water is currently flowing into tub?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model BT14296-OB is a shower only faucet so there would be no tub spout. If you would like a model with a tub and shower, Delta Faucet model # BT14496-OB includes both. The tub spout has a pull-up diverter on it to divert the water from the tub spout to the showerhead.

I need more hot water in the shower. It is luke warm when turned all the way to hot. Is this adjustable? I tried turning the hot water heater up but still only luke warm water in the shower. All the other faucets have hot water.

Thank you for your question, Laura19! The rotational limit stop found on your cartridge may simply need to be adjusted to allow more hot water to mix in the valve. The instructions for making this adjustment can be found on step 3, page 6 in the installation manual. How do you increase the water pressure?

Hello Carlos, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Windemere Shower BT14296-SS faucet is not designed with an increasing/decreasing pressure adjustment. I currently have a 1400 Series shower faucet. Would like to replace with this one. Will I need to replace the current valve?

Hi, FlippingGrl! Thank you for your question. Any new Monitor 14 series shower trim will fit an existing 1400 series valve body. The new trim will come with a new valve cartridge assembly. This new cartridge will not work in the existing valve. You will want to keep your same, white cartridge. If you do need to replace the cartridge, you will want to replace with a RP19804 cartridge. Does the BT14296-OB Windemere have a ceramic disc valve & is the finish in PVD? Thank you.

Hi, Steve! Thank you for your question. The BT14296-OB includes RP46074 valve cartridge assembly. It is not ceramic. The ceramic version cartridge is RP74236. Hello KP65, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the flow restrictors are not available separately as they are not designed to be removed. This unit is designed to flow at 2.0 GPM.
