Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't hold consistent temperature I ordered the Delta T17494-SS which comes with the Delta R10000-UNBX Universal Mixing Rough-In Valve. This valve and trim setup has the Monitor system that is supposed to keep the water temp within a +/- 3°F. It doesn't, I have to constantly bump up the temperature control on the trim package to keep the water temp at a consistent temperature. This is very frustrating when trying to fill up a bath tub.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful & Functional Looks great, easy to install per hubby, who is not a pro. We bought this b/c of the separate pressure vs. temperature control. Only negative would be that you can't change the water flow on the shower head.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Product.....subpar execution Great product from a great company. Unfortunately, the on/off lever and the hot/cold lever stick out like a sore thumb in the bathroom. The two levers are not quite opposite of each other so the levers always look like one is out of whack. No way to realign....Would not recommend if you are trying to execute a clean modern look.

What is the material of construction?

Is the body of each, (faucet, trim, lever, shower head) metal or plastic? If metal, which kind of metal? Thanks

Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17494-RB is composed of brass and non-metallic parts. the showerhead and tub spout are non-metallic. Thanks. Jody

How do i remove handle on a linden shower control? I need to adjust temperature.

Thank you for your question, Jim M! To remove the temperature knob cover, its easiest to pry off the cover on the side opposite the lever. Once the cover is removed, you will need to also remove the Phillips head screw that holds the knob on to access the Rotational limit stop. What is the difference between models T17294 and T17494?

new monitor fixture. Tub and Shower. Diverter does not activate the shower. If I remove the tub spout and cap the pipe the shower works. Not sure if the diverter is defective.
