Will this valve work with the sailor shower trim set and also work with the tetra trim if I want to use it for my bathtub?

What are the issues if I use an r 10000 unws hf valve body instead of the straight unws. Does it matter which I use? Is it equally acceptable to use unbx?

Is it advisable to use a HF rough in valve if all you have is a fixed shower and hand held shower head?

what is the difference between the r10000-unwshf and the r10000-unws.shower rough-in...both shower only...and why did Delta discontinue the first one? Is the high flow rate one really different?

Hi Dale, Thank you for your question! R10000-UNWSHF is not discontinued and is available for order. High flow valves (HF) are shower-only and do not have a tub outlet. R10000-UNWS has a shower outlet and a tub outlet. The flow rate difference will depend on the trim kit used and the water pressure.
