Faucet leaks at handle, temp. indicator light only works sometimes
It’s beautiful. It just doesn’t work very well. I’ve had mine for about a year and from the beginning the temperature light only functions occasionally. Sometimes it will come on even when the water isn’t running. Now, it’s leaking at the handle. I feel that a kitchen faucet should function without issue for a long time. I’m so disappointed by Delta, I’ve never had issue with their fixtures before. Try something else.

Pretty much a one of a kind!
We found many faucets that were either bronze yet didn't have touch technology or many with touch technology that were not bronze. This was literally the only one we found with all of the features we were looking for (including the high rise). It's been installed at our home for about one month now and we have no complaints. The looks and the usability are top notch and finished off our remodeled kitchen perfectly. 5 stars all the way!!

Regret this purchase
I got this faucet as part of a kitchen remodel. It dripped from the first day it was installed. After complaining to the store, a replacement faucet was ordered. The replacement faucet also drips. I paid a lot of money for the touch activation feature but now I can't use it because I have to manually turn off the faucet each time I use it. The touch activation feature is no good on this product.

The plumber of 40 years had an issue installing the electrical part of the Touch2O Technology, however after speaking with the Delta customer service team, they thoroughly walked me through patiently and I was able to fix the issue that the plumber was unable to correct (particularly because of a language barrier, since he was a plumber from Cuba and didn't speak english and was unfamiliar with the Touch2O Technology.) All in all, I am extremely happy with the faucet. Now I want to look into replacing my (2) bathroom sinks and faucets with ONLY Delta appliances.

We love our new Delta Leland faucet!
The installation was easy, I did it myself. All the necessary components came with it, including batteries. I did install the optional ac power adapter, which saves the batteries in case of a power outage. The pull out sprayer with magnetic docking works very smoothly. The switch on the sprayer head to change from steady stream to spraying is a nice feature. LED temperature sensor light in the base is a great feature, too. allows you to see the water temperature without placing your hand in the water. The absolute best feature is the Touch2O technology. At first I didn't think we would use it that much, but I was wrong, we use it all the time. It is so handy. We have only had the faucet for a month, but so far it is working flawlessly and it adds the finishing touch to our kitchen.

Worked great for 1 week, then started leaking
Got this high end faucet from Delta as part of a kitchen renovation. It worked beautifully for 1 week, but now when you touch it to turn it off it only slows to a trickle. I noticed that others have had this problem, but no solutions are listed. I would not recommend this faucet to others if it has problems after only a week.

Can't get Touch technology to work.
I purchased this faucet a month ago and couldn't wait to get it installed. I was so excited about it. I had one similar in my old house. Installation went off without a hitch. I helped the handyman at my apartment install it. Easy peasy. After attempting to troubleshoot several times and walking through all of the steps multiple times, we were still unable to get the Touch technology to work. There seems to be an issue with the wiring inside the little control box...almost as if the wires were reversed. If we move or touch the ground wire the light and faucet come on, but then I have to move or touch the ground wire again to turn it off. Occasionally the timer works and turns it off after 4 minutes as directions say, but sometimes it doesn't so I turn it off every time just in case. Hopefully there will be a way to jus exchange the control box so I don't have to totally reinstall the entire faucet again. Good Luck to all of you who arw in similar predicaments.

Love it, BUT !!

Nice design - poor functionality
My plumber installed this as part of a kitchen remodel November 13, 2015. Within 6 months the LED red/blue guide quit working. I did replace the batteries at that time. Now
the valve cartridge is no longer working as this past week the faucet started leaking non-stop so I must turn it off manually.

Disappointing at this early point
Our new kitchen faucet looks great. However, the solenoid provided with the unit was defective at the onset. Delta provided a new solenoid which I installed. I was not happy that I needed to replace the solenoid after some effort installing the new faucet. The significant disappointment came when the replacement solenoid failed as well. I am now waiting for a replacement and will need to again remove and reinstall a solenoid. It will be a total of 3 weeks that I initially installed the faucet and am still trying to get it to work properly with much effort uninstalling and installing replacement solenoids. My wife has lost confidence in the faucet and keeps telling me I made a bad decision in my choice of faucet. I would have returned the entire unit for credit if it wasn't so much effort installing it. Very disappointing indeed.

Simply just nice and pleasant.
In our seventies and we love all the features about this faucet to the point I'm looking at buying one for the bathroom. It was an easy install process without any drama or issues. It has worked flawlessly and we both have gotten use to the operation. Only wish there was a easy way to disable the auto touch feature for cleaning around the sink but no big deal.

lovely looking faucet...but LED problems
I just bought this faucet and had my plumber install it. it looks great however I am having trouble with the LED light. It only displays red :(
I read on other reviews that the "software" had to be updated and something had gone out. My faucet is brand new...go figure.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Terrible water pressure
This is definitely a "water efficient" faucet. I was unaware though that you would need to wash items 4 times as long in order to get them clean. There is extremely low water pressure in this and because of the lack of pressure it is creating clogs in the piping also that has never happened in 17 years. Had I known how low the pressure would be I never would have purchased this. I am now looking for a replacement and it is only about 1 week old.

Not sure it was worth it
To start off, I like the design, the pull out sprayer, the touch, etc. I really want to love this faucet but it has to many flaws.
I had to replace the LED light and the solenoid all in the first month. Customer service was great and they actually tried to
troubleshoot with me before sending me replacement parts. But, finding out parts are not working after professional installation, what a pain.
It's not easy to take this back off to replace the LED light and I don't want to pay the plumber to come back out just to replace the one part.
So, if everything is working correctly I would recommend this faucet. I would recommend plugging the LED light in and checking to
make sure it works before tightening and final installation.

Delta Faucet 9178T-AR-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O
This faucet has worked well until now. All of a sudden we have leaking both below the sink and from the faucet itself. The leaking seems to come on somewhat slowly (after the sink has been on about 15 seconds). After trying to pinpoint the exact spot, we noticed multiple leaks: 1) at the top where the water sprays out of the head (it seems to trickle down from there--I'm guessing because it no longer fully clicks completely to maintain independence from spray to stream and vice versa), 2) at the mid-part of the faucet where it detaches and the hose is revealed, and 3) the water is either collecting or also leaking at the base where it meets the granite. I also noticed water underneath the sink in the cabinet space; enough to make me a little nervous changing the batteries. If that persists, mold is next. We need to either repair or replace the issues. Has anyone else had this problem?

We love the touch technology
My husband and I never planned on having touch technology, but a sales rep highly recommended it. We have LOVED it!!! It's easy to use & is extremely handy when your hands are messy, which is almost always. The overall quality of the faucet is excellent. The magnet that keeps the retractable head attached is high quality & works great. We would highly recommend this faucet. That being said, we were very surprised & disappointed that the touch technology feature malfunctioned after only 4 months; whatever happened (the solenoid had to be replaced) not only affected the touch aspect, but the whole faucet malfunctioned---sometimes it would only trickle, sometimes not at all, then all of a sudden, it was full-strength for a minute before it trickled again. Customer service was excellent. The solenoid part was under warranty, but we did have to pay a plumber to install it. The plumber told us that, although the Delta faucet has a lifetime warranty (one reason we bought it), the solenoid' warranty is only 5 years & he said sometimes that affects the whole faucet's functioning. So that's a big disappointment to hear.

Turns off and on by itself
We recently had a plumber to install this faucet and it looks beautiful; however, it often comes on by itself. The plumber came back and made adjustments. Now it "flickers" off and on at random times throughout the day.

Great design, and when it works - it's impressive!
When this faucet works, it's really cool. I've started touching everyone's faucets thinking they will turn off/on like this one is SUPPOSED to do...
We've had this faucet for about 18 months, but, now the water will not completely turn off with touch. We have to turn the faucet off manually. (The faucet thinks it is off, and will continue to trickle out water when it should be done.) Also, the blue light no longer works... It sounds silly, but why does the red light work, but not the blue one? I tried changing the batteries, and that didn't help anything.

Love this faucet!
This is one well built faucet! The Touch20 features may seem like a small thing, but it's already hard to imagine life without it. I found it much easier to install than I expected and it looks fantastic! To top it off, the pull down head I received was the wrong finish for the faucet, but Deltas customer service sent me a new one to match in record time. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and entire experience!

Love the faucet ad touch function but have a question
Love it, love it. When first installed water turned on and off immediately. For some reason now it turns on immediately, but turning off is delayed. By reading some reviews see there is software. Is there anything I should follow to upgrade the software or a sequence to restore the faucet to original on and off touch mode. Still loving it just need a little help.

This product has great features but is not working properly
My wife and I love the faucet with Touch 20 Technology that we have owned less than one year. Unfortunately, it no longer functions properly. We changed the battery pack and it worked well for a day or two but then stopped working. Again, I replaced the batteries and the unit does not work. I watched your installation movie and it appears that our plumber installed the unit correctly. Please let me know what I need to try to try to have the unit function properly. Your assistance will be appreciated. Chuck

Love the Concept
When we installed the faucet it didn't work. The water flow was a trickle only to be exceeded by the dripping when you turned it off using the touch feature. Needless to say I was disappointed. After calling Customer Service (which was excellent) a new solenoid was shipped. A week later I had the part and we installed it. It fixed the problem. I love the touch on and off feature. It's wonderful. The water flow still seems on the slower side to me compared to other faucets. Checking the water pressure to the faucet was one of the first things we did and that was good. I guess it's just something to get used to. I rated the faucet as Good and not Excellent because it's design is nothing exceptional but it is good quality and not excellent because I had to replace a part immediately. Performance, slow water flow. I would buy another Delta faucet because of the outstanding customer service. I just hope I don't have to call upon them too often.

We love the touch technology but...
We have had nothing but issues with this faucet since installing in February of this year. At first it kept turning on and off by itself and the light didn't work consistently. After two follow up visits from the plumbers it was determined the faucet needed to be replaced. After replacing it appeared the issues were corrected. However, this week it started turning on again by itself and the blue light, that indicates the water is cold, is no longer working at all. I have referred the issue to my builder but at this point I am thinking I may need another replacement faucet or a completely different faucet altogether.
