Great service!
I had trouble with the faucet due to screen blockage after many years. When asking about how to buy a new nozzle, they just sent me one free-of-charge!! It works great again.

Had this installed in our home we just closed on in June 2019. In 8 months since we've moved in (this is a new build) we have replaced the batteries going on 5 times now. There are only 2 of us living in the house so it's not like it's being used excessively. The website says batteries should last 1-2 years. When I called to talk to someone they said "it definitely wasn't normal to have to replace the batteries this often but they couldn't guarantee the life of the battery". I understand that, however five times is very excessive so it seems to me something is wrong with the faucet. The solution I was given was to purchase different batteries or if my sink had an outlet I could get a plug accessory for it. BY THE WAY....every time the batteries go out I lose full access to running water in my kitchen....can't cook or clean until the batteries are replaced.

Like these faucets
I bought 2 of these for my kitchen (one for island, one for main sink) and have used them for 1 year now. The only complaint i have is that one of them does not display a light on the front where it is supposed to. My plumber said it was difficult to install, even after speaking with Delta customer service. The function is flawless otherwise. The champagne bronze color looks great and wipes off easily. I did have to replace one of the battery packs (requires 8 AA batteries) but that is expected since it is an electronic unit. I am purchasing this faucet again for a new project.

Touch feature doesn’t work
Replaced a Blanco faucet with this and the touch feature has never worked properly. Annoying since it was the reason we choose this faucet.

Sporadic problems!
I bought this faucet 8 months ago when we built a new home. It worked pretty well (not perfect) for 3-4 months and then started having issues all the time. It turns on and immediately shuts off, sometimes it won’t turn on at all and I have to wait. It’s extremely annoying. I disconnected the touch feature to keep my sanity but wish there was a fix because I love it when it works right.

touch feature is unreliable don't buy this
after repeatedly changing batteries multiple times over 3 years, the feature either didn't work or worked sporatically. Now there is a leak inside the faucet that our plumber says cannot be repaired. the Delta warranty representative was rude on the phone and said my plumber was wrong that only a cartridge needed replacing. the plumber had just seen the fixture in person and said was not the case. i finally called the plumbing supply where i bought all the Delta fixtures and they are handling the replacement directly with their Delta rep. Lots of hassle and plumber cost for a fixture that is poorly engineered. I am getting the exact same faucet again WITHOUT the touch feature. The fixture looks great, the pull down sprayer is nice and its easy to clean ....but no more touch features for us. I would have suffered thru the touch feature unreliability....but leaking inside the fixture onto my floors is the last straw.

After 2 years not working correctly
I have been so happy with this faucet for 2 years. Now it isnt responding to touch and I have changed the batteries twice thinking maybe I just had a bad batch of batteries.

I bought this faucet when we redid our kitchen 1 1/2 years ago. I love this faucet and it works just as well today as when it was installed. It did develop a squeak 6 months in when it was being turned side to side, but that was easily fixed when a plumber, here for another reason, put some lubricant product on it. I so miss this faucet when I visit other places, reaching up to tap on / off during food prep. Attractive, easy to clean, dependable, and magnetic piece holds sprayer in place perfectly.

Great when it works
Purchased it for our new home, the touch function stopped working after a year.
Here are things I tried:
1. Replace battery
2. Use Delta Faucet A/C Power Supply Adapter for Delta Touch Kitchen Sink Faucets with Touch2O Technology EP73954
3. Unplug and replug all the connection
Nothing works, the led light worked normally as a temperature indicator, I can still hear a clicking sound from the valve when I touch the faucet, but it fail to turn the water on or off.

Looks great and works great
The faucet looks great and work great.
It definitely take some to get use to the touch sensor. Once gotten used, you will try to touch every faucet to turn on water.
1 year into it - the solenoid seem gone bad - the water won't shut off. A call to Delta customer support, they shipped out a new solenoid for free and it was very easy to replace.
3 years into it - the magnet of the hose unit was corroded to a point the hose unit doesn't stay attached to main faucet anymore. A call to Delta customer support, they shipped out new magnet with tool to replace it and all is good.
So far delta customer support has been great about sending new part for free to address any issue. I'm glad that they continue to honor the lifetime warranty of the unit.

Rusting at the magnetic connection
We purchased this very expensive Trinsic (matte black) faucet for our kitchen remodel about 1.5 years ago. The touch feature has been awesome, but over the past few months, the gap between the faucet body and the faucet head was growing. Today a rusted piece from the faucet body started hanging down. I did not expect to have this kind of an issue with a faucet that was this expensive!
We purchased this faucet through our local Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Showroom based on their recommendation.

Faucet touch system doesnt work
I bought a new house which is 2 years old. It came with this faucet installed and the touch on/off system does not work. We've changed batteries several times which seems to help for a very short period of time. After a few days it goes back to not working. You can touch it sometimes 30 times before anything happens. Sometimes we just cant get it to go on at all and we resort to using the sink in the bathroom. I'd like to just defeat the touch control and use it as a standard faucet but that doesn't seem possible. I've removed the battery pack but still no water.

Touch technology doesn't work
I just installed this brand new faucet and I can't get it to work. I was really hoping I would have a good experience with it because it looks so nice and sleek and innovative, but it's a dud. I'm hoping I can get a replacement that works or some kind of tech support because I really need a facet that works.

Best of its class
This is second Delta Touch faucet. Installation is fairly basic, just follow the guidelines. Touchless feature, auto off, and temperature light are great features.
I purchased the plug in adapter, thus bypassing the need for the battery pack (BP).
BP is there in case of power outage.
Styling is great, nice contemporary design.

Absolutely love this faucet
This faucet is life changing. The only complaint I have is that every faucet in my house doesn't have this feature. It looks beautiful and is so perfect for someone who is very busy in the ktichen. I love that it turns off on it's own when left on too long too.

Looks great, one big issue
Had this installed in our new home, love the look and the function. Unfortunately after three months of use, the battery pack lid is falling off so we intermittently don’t have power. I didn’t know a hardwire was an option, so I think we are stuck with a duck taped battery pack. Would recommend this if you hardwire it!

Poor product
This is a system that flat out doesn't work. Installed in a Kitchen three faucets total two have touch on/off...not worth the trouble. the only one that has worked trouble free is the non electric one i have tried everything Delta says to do no results Delta Please help!!

When it worked it was great
This sink has been causing me great trouble and makes easy tasks such as washing dishes so incredibly cumbersome. We get it to work sometimes and then it stops working sporadically. When it does start working it makes crazy noises and only lets out a very little amount of water, it almost seems like a motor is about to blast off. I called a plumber over but they really didn't understand what to do. I know ignoring the porblem is definitely not sustainable and there are only so many times I can change the battery. If someone could help me troubleshoot the issues I am facing I would really apprecitate it.

Turns off and won't come back on
I bought this faucet a month ago. I love it when it works. It's great for a short time but if I'm using it off and on for awhile while fixing dinner, it will stop working and I have to wait for over a half hour for it to work again. Any suggestions. I've watched a you tube video and have brand new "C" batteries, but have not been able to figure out the problem.

good looking, but too much technology?
After 3 months, all of the sudden, no water came out. We called a plumber and $150 later, he put 6 batteries in, and we had water! But no hot water! Called Delta and they are sending a new cartridge, which we will replace ourselves...hopefully we'll be able to do it and hopefully that solves the problem. I don't think we should have to replace batteries after only 3 months!. After questioning this, I have now ordered a power supply to keep plugged in, and battery pack will be the backup. Customer service was very helpful....too bad I had to call them though. Faucet looks beautiful and touch faucet is a good idea, but has too many things that go wrong.

A favorite in our kitchen
We purchased and had a plumber install this faucet as part of a kitchen remodel. We've been pleasantly surprised at just how convenient having the touch control capability is. It takes only a few days to get used to working with this faucet as opposed to a standard non-touch type but the convenience is immediately apparent and has banished my original thought of this feature my wife wanted being an unnecessary extravagance. To be clear, it's still an extravagance, but worth it; she's very happy and to my surprise, so am I. It's one of those "didn't know what you were missing" additions. We did add the AC adapter after I read a number of reviews where the steady power source seemed to resolve operating glitches for folks. We ourselves had no issues during the first month or so before getting the adapter, but it adds a little peace of mind over just using the battery pack. Only time will tell how it holds up in our busy home kitchen, but so far very happy with it.

Looks Great
I bought this faucet in the chrome color and we really like how great it looks. The On/Off touch functionality works really well and you can change the temperature or flow of the water without the faucet shutting off. I am glad that Delta put thought into that. One thing to note about the chrome is that when you do use the on/off touch feature your natural skin oils will leave imprints on the chrome itself so you will have to clean the chrome more than say, nickel.
