Great style and functionality!
I bought this and was a bit skeptical about the touch function and wow was I wrong! This faucet works amazing and the matte black finish doesn't show any water marks. Well done Delta.

Intermittent
We have had our faucet for almost 2 years and love the touch feature, but we have had to change batteries many times because not long after changing them, the water turns on and off by itself, or won't shut off or turn on, so assuming it's the batteries, we change them again. Could there be another problem?

Is this faucet haunted or what?
I’ve been using this faucet for months. It coms on when I put a knife or fork in the sink. It goes off without me touching anything at all. Yesterday it came on when I walked by. Today it’s not coming on at all. The light is red. Surely the batteries aren’t dead in 3 months. I wish I knew how to turn it into a manual faucet.

Thoroughly disgusted!
Bought this faucet about 9 months ago. Started having issues within 2 weeks. Sitting in my office one day I hear a gush of full stream water from the kitchen. The faucet turned itself on! Good thing I was nearby to turn it off. Since then it periodic shuts itself off on a daily basis no matter how long it's been running. Yesterday, for the second time in 2 months it stopped running water altogether! For the price of this facuet it should diagnosis and fix itself!! Instead this is the second time having to call a plumber or Delta support. I've had $100 faucets that were better and more dependable than this!!! Do NOT buy one.

Pure frustration
We bought a (2 yo) house with this faucet already installed in the kitchen. It worked fine for the first month, but then it started. The water flow would stop by itself, then start running again, then stop. Now, it does not respond to the touch at all, but only by pulling the sprayer down really strong. So frustrating. You are better off with a regular no-touch faucet.

Love the touch, quality isn't great
I bought one in 2012 and the solenoid has stopped working. (This is the second time) I usually take it apart and clean it our and grease up the components, but I'm tired of having to do so.
It has also developed rust on the magnetic joint (it's swollen with rust). The LED ring on the base stopped working after the first year. The placement of the battery pack needs to be strategic as it affects the touch.
Also don't get too much water on the base. Mine was properly installed, but the gasket wasn't tight so some water had dripped down to the solenoid causing rust on the metal pieces on it. I applied silicone after that and should have applied it at the time of install.
Warranty is done with, and despite it only lasting 6 years, I want to replace it with the same kind because of the touch feature (I don't want a motion sensing faucet).
I have an early version of the faucet (an open battery box design) and I sure hope the kinks have gotten worked out on this model.

Love the Touch On/Off Feature
We originally installed a Delta Touch Pilar in our previous house and missed the touch feature after we moved. We have installed 3 of the Delta Trinsic models in our new house and continue to love the touch on/off features. Had a small problem with the faucet dripping on one of the Trnisic faucets which was quickly taken care of my Delta customer service by sending a replacement part. These faucets are easy to install and work great.

Sink, faucet and drain
I purchased all three items for my outdoor bar, they finished it off perfectly and function just as good. The turn around time was just a few days from order to in my hands.

Don’t waste your money.
My new house came with this faucet. It worked about 80% of the time for the first few months. Then it got worse. Sometimes the water would stop without any touch at all. Sometimes I would touch and then touch again to try to make it work or stop. Finally I got my husband to pull off the touch feature and it now works like a regular faucet should.

Couldn’t Be Happier With My Purchase
I always wanted a faucet that you can turn on and off with a quick touch for those times when your hands are dirty from raw foods. We purchased the Touch2O Trinsic faucet in polished chrome when we remodeled our kitchen this year. I absolutely love the clean lines of this faucet and the Touch2O feature. It goes well with our contemporary style; and it feels solid and cleans up nicely. The automatic shut off is a great feature. I purchased the ac adapter so I wouldn't have to worry about changing out batteries. There are lots of expensive faucets out there but who needs them! This one works beautifully, looks great, and is a good value.

Don’t Waste Your Money on Touch20
Like many others we are experiencing faulty Touch20 problems. I am a 20 year mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry and have no problem with following their installation instructions. Our faucet worked for 9 whole months before it quit, and then one day after the replacement parts were sent. Delta make nice faucets, they just have not perfected this technology yet.

Erratic and tempermental
We have the new faucet and it's quite tempermental. Not sure if I'm going to keep it or get something else that turns on when I want water. There shouldn't be a learning curve to operate a faucet!

Piece of junk
We've had this faucet for a few years and the touch sensor never worked, luckily it's easy to defeat it. Now the cartridge is failing but neither the cartridge part number in my manual or the new PDF from the website can be found on the delta website.
I'm done with the fancy garbage contractors recommend, from now on I'll only buy standard stuff I can get at home depot with cheap replacement parts.

Love That it Matches The Sink Faucet!
We bought both the kitchen sink version as well as the smaller bar sink version for our island prep sink. They look great together and work perfectly. The only design suggestion I would make is to scale down the diameter of the bar sink model to be more in proportion to its size. It looks a bit 'pudgy' for its height.

Game-changer in the kitchen- we absolutely LOVE IT
I was surprised to see that the reviews that pop up on this page are 4 and 5 years old- they should be deleted! We've had the faucet for two weeks and we are absolutely thrilled. I used to be one of those people who wasted tons of water, and never really thought about why, but it had to to with not wanting to set the temperature and flow over and over again. With this faucet I can set the temp and flow, and turn it on and off by touch as many times as I want. No more wasting water! I LOVE the small light that changes color as the water heats up. I like using hot water when I wash dishes, and now I don't need to stand there and run my hands under the faucet over and over again, I can tell when it's hot by glancing over from the stove or the fridge. And, as strange as it may sound, I actually enjoy doing the dishes more, because of my faucet!

I LOVE the Touch2o faucets!!
I had a Touch2o faucet a few years ago and loved it, so I knew when I moved, I’d be purchasing another one....I love the modern design of the Trinsic faucet and I’ve had it installed for about 2 1/2 weeks now and couldn’t be happier with it!! I knew I was going to buy it regardless of some negative reviews because I’ve had a Touch2o before and never experienced any issues. I did have it professionally installed but just days prior received a response from Delta customers service advising that the solenoid had been redesigned in November of 2017...so if anyone had any doubts, know that Delta addressed the concerns and it works beautifully!! I plan on trying to update my review after a few months to reaffirm that THIS is the faucet to buy!! THANK YOU Delta!!

Very erratic performance
We've had the Touch20 faucet in our kitchen for approximately 1.5 yrs. Since we've had it, our primary problem is a dripping faucet when it is in the off mode. We've already replaced the solenoid once. This past week when we had 30 people for dinner, the faucet just quit working altogether---no hot or cold water would come out. We replaced the batteries and it started working and then stopped again. I replaced the batteries a second time and it still didn't work. We checked all of the batteries to make sure they were good and they were. Needless to say, that many dishes with an unusable faucet was more than frustrating. When the faucet works as it should, it's a great product; but for the most part, it's just a hassle.

Great Product overall
Have had the Trinsic with touch for almost 6 years, and have had to replace the solenoid once about 2 years ago I think. Not a terribly technical repair, clear out the undersink cabinet, but it can be a tight space so give yourself lots of time, and don't forget to turn off the water before starting. Had the replacement within days, and was able to disable the solenoid so it worked manually. The solenoid appears to be malfunctioning once again, and I will call Delta tomorrow to order a new one. They were superb to work with last time, and I am sure will be again. Even with these glitches, I would highly recommend this product. We own two holiday rentals in Key West Florida, and this exact model is in both units, and both work flawlessly. Our guests are always amazed at their ease of use, and I am sure that we have "sold" many of these units to our guests for Delta after they leave our condos, for their own homes. Such a great "touch" for a holiday rental, don't you think?

Beautiful modern style
My Trinsic faucet was installed by a fantastic plumber just last night and I am SOO happy to have another Touch2o faucet again! I had one in my last house and could not wait to replace my kitchen sink in my new house so I could also replace the faucet and have another Touch2o faucet. I love the modern design and the Artic Stainless finish is goes so well in my kitchen. It should also be known that two days before I place my order, Delta Customer Service responded to my question regarding the reviews about issues with the solenoid since I never had a single issue with my previous Delta Touch2o faucet. Thank you for confirming that the solenoid has been redesigned and improved! I look forward to many more years of loving another Delta Touch2o faucet as it really is fabulous when your hands are dirty, especially when baking. With the improvements in the solenoid redesign, anyone that had concerns should be able to order with confidence, just as I did. THANK YOU DELTA!

Touch on feature spot on!
We purchased one for our kitchen about 1.5 years ago, it malfunctioned a couple of times in the beginning but it performed well afterwards. We decided to get another one for our utility/laundry sink. So far, so good. Touch on feature is definitely my favorite. Would definitely recommend. The look/design is high quality. Sleek and clean.

Turns off too quickly
I have had this faucet for about 6 mo installed. I am constantly touching it to turn it back on,as it goes off on a whim. The pressure of touch has to be just so ,otherwise it stays off. It takes me forever to get through washing my dishes and can be very frustrating. I didn't order the automatic touch but was delivered by mistake and decided to give it a go as I had been without kitchen for few years due to Hurricane Sandy! I am not a high tech person and my old kitchen was 40 yrs old so this is challenging. I did love the brushed champagne color though. Another problem for me is that the hot water goes on when faucet is pulled forward. Any other faucet I have used like this the cold is forward. I also think it is very bulky. My kitchen is small and it's out of place. I imagine that its from the extra sensors etc.....
I may just take out the batteries as using part of hand on faucet is just as effective.

Great features but...
The Touch20 feature can be frustrating. It works great for weeks at a time then starts taking multiple touches to start/stop water flow. I have run it on batteries and from the AC adapter. At first it seemed like if it got a lot of use over a couple of hours time it would start forgetting that touching it was supposed to turn it of or on. It may take a couple of a dozen touches to get it to react and then in your frustration, tap it too quickly and turn it off and back on again (on then off again) and have to go through the cycle again. I wish I could add a video, it took 11 taps to turn it off and has been like this the whole day. Tomorrow it will probably work fine without moving things around under the sink and checking that all the wiring is not touching something else. The faucet gets 5 stars but the Touch20 Technology for an extra $250 needs serious rework.

Worth the splurge
Install ours last summer and love it. Only issue is water marks. More visible on the Champagne Bronze finish. Called company & they suggested solution of water and vinegar in spray bottle. Works.
